She listened to me quietly, understood all my needs the brief perfectly and very next day created images, 3D view, plan that allowed to us to completely see the vision as we were not sure how it will look like. We recently completed a kitchen / lounge extension and remodelling project. Whilst we had a general idea of what we wanted to achieve, it was Sai who provided the vision and ideas to convert our basic thoughts into a stunning layout and design. She gave us guidance on multiple aspects and challenged our limited way of thinking about what modern living design should be. Sai is extremely patient - she listened to us and understood what were trying to create. We had multiple questions and often lacked clarity, but Sai helped us to understand what would be required to ensure an excellent outcome. She is very good with liaising with other tradespeople and helped us to gain clarity on kitchen design, window / door styles, layout, materials, colours, patterns and so much more. There are a thousand things to consider when you start a major house project. We thought we had our bases covered with regards to the planning and execution. However, we hadn't really considered important design aspects - and that's where Sai came to our rescue. I think its very important to have an independent and expert designer like Sai in your team when you're trying to upgrade your house. You might think that you know what's best for your house, but having that diverse viewpoint can make all the difference. She has been very good at bringing everything together and working with a theme for our house - rather than the piecemeal outcome that could easily have arisen. Sai did an excellent job at making use of limited space to reimagine my bedroom layout. She was thorough in making sure that she understood my needs in full and has provided great service, still sending me new ideas to complete my room almost 3 months on from our initial consultation. Although I had a good idea of the rough layout of my room which I wanted, Sai took my idea to the next level, finding pieces which I would never have thought to include. We contacted Sai in the middle of the extension project to make the indoor space functional. Sai helped us to define the space and get the best out of our house. The coordination was seamless. Thank you for jumping in at the last minute and helping us.

I asked Sai to help me with primarily the bathrooms in our new house. The project was a big renovation so help was needed with creating new en-suite bathrooms out of spaces where there hadn’t been a bathroom before - and given the nature of the house this proved fairly challenging. Sai was extremely useful in being able to visualise what would work and sizes of rooms that would be required. She was then also brilliant at layering up the final design - she focused on one piece of furniture at a time so that by the end of the process the decisions were really easy - everything just flowed from the first big decision. Sai is very personable - she’s very easy to work with and has some great ideas but doesn’t dictate what the final look should be - I feel very much that the bathrooms are a joint effort and I’m really extremely pleased with the end result.

Sai worked with us on three rooms in our terraced house. She is responsive, friendly, and creative. She has helped us see the spaces differently, and provided fresh ideas whilst also being willing to consider ideas we had and act as a sounding board for them. She’s helped with sourcing furniture and items for the room from places we wouldn’t otherwise have thought of, too. It’s been really helpful to have her on board, and has reduced the number of hours we would have spent going around in circles! Highly recommend.

I've known Sai for many years, I have always loved her work. I made a promise that whenever my house renovations was being planned, Sai was the lady I wanted to work alongside. My husband came across Sai's work on the Houzz app when he was searching for potential interior designers to give us some inspiration on transforming a gym area which housed an exercise swimming pool which we no longer used and to redecorate our entrance, hallway and staircase to the first floor. He spoke to several other companies but was struck by Sai’s easy manner and flexible approach - telling me I would love her as she was a Northerner ( like myself ) .He organised a telephone conversation with the three of us before we made the final decision - and he was absolutely right - we had an instant mutual rapport !! Sai has an excellent eye for colour and style and she could quickly envisage what would work in the spaces we wanted to change. Her designs are beautiful, practical and functional and my husband and I were completely involved in all the decision making at each stage - she never hesitated to listen to our design ideas and incorporate them into the project if they were good and tactfully explained why they may not work if we were totally off the mark. Using computerised graphics recommended by Sai for the hallway area to visualise two different design options added a small cost but was really worth it. Throughout the process, Sai was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and organised and kept us informed. This was very important to us as we have an extremely busy work schedule which Sai was always willing to accommodate for our site meetings. Equally noteworthy is that Sai is friendly, reliable and a real pleasure to talk to as she is such a down to earth, genuine person - we are both so pleased we chose her. We have almost completed the initial project and have already decided to redo the other rooms in the house - a few at a time. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to interior design and am the least creative person you could meet! After years of having my walls painted various shades of cream as I couldn't decide what else to do, I decided it was time to call in an expert. That is when I got in touch with Sai having found her details on houzz. Sai was lovely from the moment I spoke to her, very friendly, approachable and down to earth. What started as redecorating the cloakroom and a couple of other rooms in my house ultimately turned into having more or less my whole house redecorated as, once I saw the results with the first rooms, I wanted the rest of my house to look that good. Sai has been fantastic in guiding me through all of this and I am thrilled with the end results. Sai has a great sense of humour and we have had a good laugh over the past few months while working together. Sai is very good at making you feel at ease - I was a bit concerned about hiring an interior designer given my cream walls and lack of creativity which I thought some interior designers might look down their noses at but Sai never once made me feel like she was doing that and was diplomatic about my previous choices! I would highly recommend Sai and also Michael, the decorator that Sai uses. Michael is fantastic at his job, very thorough and tidy and a genuinely nice and trustworthy bloke. Michael did both painting (walls, doors, furniture etc, even making my yellowing loft hatch look white again) and wallpapering and did an excellent job on everything. He also put various things on walls such as mirrors, artwork and photo frames, all of which look great.

Sai took the time to understand our needs and made some great design suggestions. She guided us gently (without being pushy) to think beyond our “safe” choices, with some great results. She has a great team who helped with soft furnishings (blinds) and joinery who we used and are very happy with. In a project where we had to change builders, Sai was the one constant, and was always around as a soundboard and was approachable and available to answer any questions. Getting Sai to help us with our interior design was one of the best decisions we made, and I highly recommend her!

Sai has been a great help! We have never had an interior designer before and we wanted something more modern and homely we could both agree on!!!! We had a wall knocked down too and Sai did 3D visuals that helped us see how it would look. If there were things we didn’t think would work for us as a family she went straight away rearranged it and sent it back again until we were happy. We have furniture and a colour scheme we probably wouldn’t have chosen ourselves but the finished rooms look amazing! The wow factor! We engaged Sai to look at some existing approved plans for our house extension, we were no longer sure we were making the best of the space we had or the new space we were going to create. Sai did a really good job of listening to how we wanted to use each space and bringing constructive challenge to our previous ideas. We hired Sai to help with our kitchen/ diner renovation and remodel. She came to visit our house and immediately we knew she had the same vision as us. She got to work right away, helping us plan the layout and getting quotes for us. We thought the project would take months to get going, but through Sai’s contacts and planning, we started work almost 2 months earlier than planned! Sai took on the project management aspect of the build, and I have to say, even though she is a great designer, her project management skills are even better. She took away a huge amount of stress from us, and was always available on the end of the phone when we needed her. We already had quite strong ideas of the design aspect, but Sai came up with new ideas that we hadn’t thought of, and always told us directly when something wouldn’t work. Sai has been amazing! We contacted her after moving in to a new build house and basically nothing from our old house worked. We had never used an interior designer before so we didn’t know what to expect. Sai has helped us in so many ways - she has so many good ideas and knows where to find stuff. She is incredibly responsive and will work quickly if that is what you want. She will tell you straight if something will or won’t work and has suggested things that we’d not usually go for but we love. Sai helped us create every aspect our beautiful home extension. She was with us from the beginning, giving us guidance on the layout of the house and the small details to consider early on. She created 3d designs for different layout options and helped us think through how we would use each room on its own and in relation to the rest of the house. She took the time to visit us regularly during the build and was excellent at helping us visualise how changes we were considering would impact the final look and feel of our home. More than two years after extensive renovations to our house, I still hadn’t had the time, vision or confidence to complete any of the finishing touches. I contacted Sai as I needed some help and inspiration with re-designing our sitting room. After the amazing transformation of my kitchen at the end of 2018 I reached out to Sai again to help me modernise my living room and conservatory. Little did I know that she was again going to stretch me to push boundaries and "trust her". The result was a knock down of the conservatory and in its place a stylish knock through extension with a wall of sliding glass doors onto the garden. Our house was a "style to sell" project but when we started we felt very unsure about the idea using a designer but once we met Sai she put our minds at rest and gave us the confidence to go ahead. Throughout the project she kept in touch and shared ideas and we shared with her our own ideas so we felt fully involved. The whole project from start to finish lasted 2 weeks and it was quite an experience watching as Argen and his team invaded our house at an amazing rate. It was fascinating to see the transformation and we were very happy with the result. Almost every room was restyled: lounge/diner, hallway stairs and landing, utility room, cloakroom, games/snug room, girls bedroom, boys bedroom and office. Even though our house was sold part way through the project we are thankful we still went ahead as we are now in lockdown so we are able to enjoy the completed make-over for a few months. It's such a great look now its almost a shame we are moving. Until the lockdown was in force Sai would visit on a regular basis and ensure the workmen were meeting our expectations but she was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions. We even gave her a virtual guided tour when everthing was finished. I would highly recommend using Sai for any interior design projects, she is very friendly and professional and ensured we were happy with the results.

I wasn't happy with the layout of my business premises and wanted a quick and easy makeover. In business, it's first impressions that count, and when a customer walked in through the door, they didn't get that "wow" moment and it looked cluttered and disjointed. Sai knows how to make a space look good. With just a few little touches and suggestions she was able to completely change the look and feel of our downstairs reception area. The clutter is gone, the room has distinct work space areas and feedback from customers has all been positive. We also had a teaching room upstairs which was long and narrow, and we couldn't figure out how to best use the space. The shape of the room limited what we could do, but Sai's suggestions made sense so we split it into a teaching area and a waiting area. A quick, low budget transformation which was completed in 2 weeks.

I recently used the services of Sai for the refurbishment to the upstairs of my home. I have three daughters and wished to create homely individual rooms for each. We asked Sai for help to style our home for sale. She was able to bring a fresh pair of eyes to our home of 11 yrs. After many weeks of going around in circles with my kitchen design I enlisted the help of Sai and I'm so glad I did......it was money well spent. I roughly knew what I wanted but needed some creative support and inspiration to make the correct decisions and bring the whole look together. I was able to email Sai my general ideas and what I wanted from my new kitchen and she was able to translate that into a more tangible plan. She helped with worktops, lighting, french doors, feature wall, extractor fans, accessories and flooring (she pulled me out of my comfort zone with the flooring and I opted for a darker floor than I would have otherwise chosen). She also got me a much cheaper deal on my flooring than I could get elsewhere! I had 2 hours face-to-face time with Sai, spent between my home and the kitchen showroom. We looked at what kitchen furniture I'd already chosen and she helped me decide on the best colours and textures to give it that wow factor. I came across Sai's work on the Houzz app when I was searching for inspiration for my son's bedroom and I loved how she had transformed a teenage bedroom. So I decided that she should design my son's bedroom. Sai has a good eye for colour and style and she could see instantly what would work in the space. Sai's designs are not only beautiful, but practical and functional too. One thing that I loved was that I was involved in decision making, so I felt involved. She knew what I liked. In the end we decided to redo three of the rooms in the house, and will be calling her back to do the rest very soon.

We engaged Sai for help with the full interior design service of our Victorian cottage rennovation which included basement excavation, rear extension and loft conversion. In fairness Sai ended up acting as part designer, part project manager and part therapist! As a couple we severely lack creativity and struggle to visuallise ideas. So Sai worked with us through from space planning, room usage, electrics / plumbing specification and of course the final finishing details. She joined us for meetings with our kitchen company and developed a good relationship with our builder. It is fair to say that there are quite a few details in our house which wouldn't have been there without Sai's input. Sai was a pleasure to deal with and we particularly liked her style where we ended up just dropping messages of things we were mulling over to her and she would come back quickly each time with her thoughts. We did do proper sit down discussions as well but we really liked the continual dialogue as we were working through things in our own time.

After spending many weeks researching different furniture ideas for downstairs I realised I couldn't make a decision and asked Saima for her help. I felt I could choose individual items fairly easily but it all needed to flow and this was the stumbling block! At the initial consultation, in addition to being very warm and friendly, Saima spent a great deal of time finding out about me - what styles and colours I preferred, my lifestyle and what exactly I was trying to achieve. From that point she designed her interpretation of my thoughts and sent me a 3D makeup of the design - which I loved. Once the larger items had been delivered Saima gradually added the finishing touches, with little help from me, to make it a home. With Saima’s professional knowledge and expertise she suggested three other paint colours that might suit our room better. We eventually chose Skimming Stone by Farrow and Ball and absolutely love it. The decorator also must have a mention as he was a complete perfectionist. His work was outstanding and he was so tidy. It was absolutely wonderful to work with Sai. She worked with us on a full renovation project - we had the whole flat ripped out and we started from scratch. In our initial consultation, I gave Sai a budget and she asked me what I wanted in each room of the flat including the kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. 3D Visualization. Sai was awesome as always! She openly listened to all our concerns and provided various ideas and solution to our 3D visualization. Sai has project managed various work at my house over the past year. She has been a real asset and I would definitely recommend her to others. Even if to just get her in for an expert opinion on what could be done. We had bedrooms revamped and lighting changed all over. We then undertook an extension and garage conversion. There were stressful times but without Sai managing the project I dread to think how I would have survived! She has real vision and a flare for design and is great at finding the right colours and textures. She was also efficient and lovely to work with. I would definitely use her again.

Sai project managed the decoration of both of my kids bedrooms, from them sharing a bedroom. My daughters room was a challenge due to being in the basement and having to tank a wall (making the wall damp proof) which had a knock on effect on wiring and and capentry work. Thankfully my sons room was very straight forward with just a lick of paint. Sai designed the rooms and manged the work men for both room, she did a great job even dealing with the other halves OCD attention to detail and finish. He came out trusting her which is big deal. The tanking gave extran challenges to the workmen but thepeople who she got in dealt with it amazingly and did a fantastic job. We love both rooms, my daughter can be found in her room most days just chilling out, drawing at her dressing table, doing anything else an 8 year old likes doing. My son plays in his room and has redicovered his toys. I really enjoy standing at their door ways watching them enjoying their rooms. Well worth the money and the challenges. I would recommend Sai, she managed everything beautifully, designed the rooms to the kids and helped us to keep in budget where ever we could.

Working with Sai was a pleasure from the start. She helped us set out our project (loft conversion)in a manageable way.
