Showhomes of The Woodlands is my not-so-secret-weapon for my listings. As a Realtor, pricing and presentation are the most critical factors, even in a hot seller's market. There is no doubt that staging gives a positive ROI in terms of dollars, time on market, and it even helps with the appraisal. It all starts with photos to drive traffic into the home, and the staging punctuates the in-person showing. Often times, the home shows better than the photos! Buyers can't always visualize, so Showhomes of The Woodlands enables potential buyers to see the home in its best possible state to maximize the appeal and value in a buyer's mind. Laura Landesman and her team were downright incredible!!! We not only used Showhomes of The Woodlands for Staging but also for remodeling before putting our house on the market. She found us painters, countertop people, carpet installers, plumbers, etc. Laura was extremely cost conscious guiding us all the way to only spend money and update items that would add lots of value to our home. We calculate that every ONE dollar we spent with Showhomes of The Woodlands made us THREE dollars on our sales price! When we put our house on the market it sold in 3 days with 8 offers over asking price. We couldn't have been more pleased that we trusted Laura to help us get our home sales-ready. I wish I would have staged my home on day one. I would have made a lot more money! My home was vacant and I had multiple showings for about 45 days. I kept lowering the price and finally out of desperation accepted a terrible low ball offer—which ended up falling through 4 days prior to closing! And no, I didn’t even get to keep the earnest money as it was due to financing. I immediately called Laura and she staged my entire downstairs (Kitchen, living, dining, master, study, powder bath, patio...). She used neutral colors that really brightened up the spaces! On the second showing the next day we got a solid offer. End of story. Don’t hesitate, staging with Laura is priceless!

Laura was so great during the updating and staging of our home. We decided to install wood floors and she was so helpful with the right flooring selection and kept us in touch with a great installation team. コメント：Wall colorThis photo is from 2 years ago, and I believe the paint is Sherwin-Wiliams SW6253 Olympus White. It is a very pale grey with blue undertones. This photo makes it look more blue than it is in person.
