I recently had my property in Fannie Bay styled by Shelley and her team at Amari Property Styling. This is the second time I have used this Company and the results were once again amazing. I am extremely impressed with Amari property styling. The difference walking into our townhouse after Shelley had completed the staging process was huge. I loved all of Shelley's choices. Every room was styled perfectly. Our townhouse was on the market for less than 5 weeks and I believe the styling greatly assisted in an offer being made so quickly. Amari's service was also fantastic. The process was quick and organised. Our property was styled within a few days of calling Shelley so having a local company with stock on hand to move quickly meant we didn't waste any time. I would rate Shelley's service 10/10. Once the property was sold Shelley was able to remove all the furniture again within a few days. Our house went on the market during the wet season, in a depressed housing climate and with unique modifications. 8 weeks passed with only a few offers that were well below market rate. After Shelley home styled our house to highlight the potential the uniqueness offered, 3 serious offers were received and a contract signed after just 3 weeks. As at the time of the sale, average days a house is on the market was 142 days, our contract was signed after 77. I have no doubt in my mind that the home styling played a significant part in achieving this. I worked with AMARI STYLING on a few properties but in particular being two homes in Rapid Creek which sold for $950,000 and $1045000 respectively. These high end homes normally sit on the market for longer time lengths then the usual but in this instance we had them each sold in the first open and in week 3. The furniture styling made buyers invision a lifestyle thats not of the órdinary and rather a dream concept and I strongly believe this contributed to the swift sales of these homes at premium prices.
