Christine worked with us on our project which started before the pandemic and completed in 2020. Christine listened to what we wanted to achieve with our extension to a Victorian house in a conservation area and came up with some creative options. The design we chose was a total rethink on how we used the existing space as well as the new extension. For example re-organising locations of utility room, toilet and playroom to enable better use of light into areas we most needed it. In addition to providing 3D renders of the design and detailed drawings, she brought in surveyors, structural engineers and also worked well with suppliers we had found. Christine also managed the project end to end and was very responsive to questions and inevitable issues when they arose. We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend Christine as a skilful architect to any project.

Christine acted for us in the planning and design of a double-storey side/rear extension to our family home. She led us through the process from start through to tendering for a general contractor. Christine proved herself an excellent listener and helped us create a design that we are really excited about (currently in build). Throughout the journey she explained clearly what the process (planning, surveying, tendering, etc) required and managed us well. Christine did a fantastic design for a side return extension on our victorian property. There was some tricky planning history to navigate but her design was passed by planners first time. The design was intelligent and practical whilst also being architecturally ambitious. It was far more visually appealing and exciting than we thought possible from a fairly standard extension. Couldn't recommend more highly!

She immediately recognised what we were trying to achieve and produced a design that was innovative and spot on first time round! Christine was very patient and accommodating with our questions and changes that we made to our original ideas. She provided an excellent service and made herself available when we needed her. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions and concerns she did not come to our property which may have hindered our progress early on in the process. Christine produced a major piece of work for us - almost completely knocking down a detached house and rebuilding something completely different. We gave her a difficult brief because there were a couple of structural features we wanted retained while asking for a very different style of house to the original. CHRISTINE from Sheldon Peever came up with two options both of which demonstrated she had listened to our wish list and creatively found a way to design them. The drawings provided were very detailed and time was spent with us discussing and documenting all the small details, e.g where plug sockets should go.

Christine did a good job with the plans for our extension. She gave us some options for the roof plans, and had some good ideas regarding materials.

We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision.
