I have learned some of our furniture is in the warehouse and has BEEN there for three weeks now. But the salesperson we worked with won't even suggest a possible delivery date. I find this outrageous! We have paid for these items in their entirety! Apparently there are others in the delivery queue ahead of me. Customers should be told before they buy anything there that it could be held up in the warehouse for weeks before some nebulous delivery date.

I have used Katie Armour & Sheffield Furniture & Interiors numerous times over the years to redo several rooms in my house. I can't say enough about her and the company. They have a beautiful showroom and Katie did a great job selecting the perfect fabric and furniture for my home. It was a very enjoyable experience and I can not wait to come back!

Katie was great and not pushy, but also showed me some things i might not have looked at and am so happy i did and chose! Everything from order to delivery was handled very professionally and i would recommend to anyone.

The original designer we worked with was great but not longer there. Unfortunately there have been problems with some of the furniture. The customer service department is looking to fix. Working with Kurt has been a positive experience to help us come to a positive resolution.

I came across Sheffields after being unable to find a furniture store with a large showroom locally where we could see the furniture. The first time I spoke to Dave he was very accommodating - due to my inflexible schedule he stayed after hours to assist us . He then put me in contact with Diane T. And there are not enough words to describe how amazing she is!!! She went above and beyond to help us design our whole house, from the smallest details to the paint colors. She truly made our dream home a reality. She was patient throughout the whole process. And her designing skills were impeccable. Their customer service from Kurt to Steve to Sherry was great! Any concerns or questions we had with the products, they addressed right away. When one of the contractors damaged one of their pieces, they went above and beyond to help us find a solution to repair it. Truly exceptional store and customer service!!

Last year I made a purchase of several pieces of furniture, matching lamps, tables, and rugs. One of the pieces was a matching leather chair and ottoman. The original order was delayed and once it arrived was not correct. I had to repeatedly call, email, and write letters to try to get the order corrected. After 54 weeks, I asked for my money back. The sales person, store manager, and president of the company did not provide any proactive communication about the order problem. I had to initiate the requests and contact them for resolution. Although they have a large showroom full of beautiful furniture their lack of customer service to me is the reason I would not recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Lisa Devine at Sheffield. Lisa was friendly, helpful and picked up my taste in the first meeting. I would highly recommend her for any interior design projects.
