If I could provide less stars I would. I have a fireplace insert and glass trim kit sitting in my new build home for more than three weeks now. No response, no resolution and no help to get thins last item over the finish line. I had a new tech come out and give up pretty quick. Since then all attempts to contact them to schedule some resolution have gone on deaf ears.

I can not in good faith give a positive review for this company. The tech came out and did a good job of fixing my issue. A part was replaced. My concern is there was no mention of the cost of the part. I'm appreciative that I was given a deal on the part, but that's not the point. I only found out there was a cost when I reviewed my account and there was the charge. The work order that signed had no mention of the additional cost for the part. Do a better job of being upfront with your customers regarding the extra cost for services rendered.

I ordered a custom fit chimney cap from Trinity Hearth. Several weeks later they showed up at my door, no phone call, no appointment, they just showed up to install the cap. Fortunately I was home at the time because after looking at the cap, I was very disappointed. The cap construction looks like some amateur built this in his garage. The fit and finish looked terrible. The cap was held together by rivets that were haphazardly positioned without any concern for placement or appearance. The cap was scratched over large areas of multiple panels and there some minor dents as well. I thought that with all the scratches in the finish, the cap would have been painted before it left the workshop. I was told they do not paint their caps. I sent the cap back and expressed my concerns. I was told that this is standard issue and the way their supplier makes these caps. I was told most people do not see the cap as it is high on their roof and cannot be seen. I mentioned that I was concerned about rusting of the metal and I asked about a warranty and was told there is no warranty. I am just amazed that someone would build a cap for sale to the public and not have any apparent interest in the quality of workmanship or the fit and finish of their product. After sending the unit back and expressing my concerns, I was basically told to take it or leave it as that is they way all their caps are made. Based on the above, I would not be in position to recommend Trinity Hearth to any homeowners. B. E. Wilson Age 62

Trinity Hearth came out to repair a small problem with my fireplace and install some clear glass. Both the sales people and the service man were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Both spent the extra time to completely explain everything about the fireplace. I highly recommend this company.

Trinity Heath & Home provides excellent Customer Service. I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. The opener was purchased by my builder and installed by Trinity. Trinity went above and beyond to assure my issue was resolved quickly and economically. I am confident the repair will result is a sustainable fix. It is not often that consumer product providers stand behind their products that way Trinity does. The company is a pleasure to do business with.
