Shane sells houses and sells them fast! Communicates very well and very fast with no nonsense. All paperwork is taken care of via an internet application so it's very convenient.

Shane was with us during the entire process of negotiating our house build all the way through closing on the sale of our prior house. One aspect I enjoyed was him helping shave some buying costs during the final haggling over the new house cost. Once we had our prior house ready to show Shane was there to help us reach final terms and was in attendance during our closing. We felt the sale price on the prior house was a bit low but the comps in our area suggested otherwise and the buyer wasn't all that happy to come up to the final price. The sale was very quick by most standards. Both sides a bit unhappy, but a fair deal I suppose.

Working with Scott & Linda was a great pleasure! Building a house with clients through a builder can be a very complicated transaction, trying to understand builders prices, margins, costs. Even though Scott & Linda had built before and were very detailed oriented, money can be saved using a Realtor.
Selling their house was tough, trying to get more money and the buyers felt through their agent that it was a fair market value. It was a win-win situation, but the sellers thought they could have got more & the buyers thought they should have paid less.
