Dreams do come true !!! This is exactly what we felt after we moved into our beautiful home done by Shahen Mistry Architects & Team ... It’s been a journey , We have been wanting to do up our home since last 4 years, we met several architects. Then one evening, while surfing the internet late at night as I hadn’t given up yet I came across SMA team on Houzz and Shahen mistry being ranked as the top architects. We saw the pictures of the earlier projects done by him and after seeing the modern white & brown wooden designs , I knew our taste buds matched immediately & we knew in our hearts that this would be the perfect team to do up our home. We had several zoom calls , home visits and some great ideas from his team member Vijay & Shahen on how to make our mini apartment a modern, super classy New York home, Right from which walls to be broken , where to fit in the bar , understanding our needs to the finest detail on a 3D. I have to say when the home was done , we were so emotional since it came out Just the way we wanted ... Lot of efforts put in ; But the most important ingredient which the team put in was Love & personal involvement at every step and patience in understanding us , to make it a very personal space Thank you Shahen & SMA team , Manísh & Vijay once again ,for all the efforts put in and for making such a beautiful nest for us ... we still can’t get over it honestly & are sooo happy Wishing SMA team all the best for making more dreams come true Fond Regards Nikita Kwatra & Dinesh Mansukhaney

We have seen many SMA designs and always knew that when I would get my home renovations it will have to be Shahen Mistry. We love their design aesthetic and an element of newness they bring to every project. We live in an 100 year old Parsi colony and our buildings are strong but not with the times. I wanted to change the way my house looked and felt which was very dated and typical of a parsi home to something contemporary with a dash of old charm. Honestly I thought it's going to be really challenging, but thanks to Shahen Mistry it was a breeze. Most of our houses come with challenges due to its old structure. Any designer can design the interiors but only a skilled and experienced architect can handle the challenges that come with our type of heritage buildings. Shahen is beyond brilliant when it comes to designing, but also architecturally very sound. He involves you in everything right from the paint colour to door knobs. He immerses himself as though he was to live there, but keeps your taste in mind. Eventually we got what we had envisioned and i think it's only possible because he was through with his ideas and execution. We would highly recommend Shahen Mistry to anyone looking for an architect that is so passionate, design oriented with being practical and super easy to deal with. We are so happy with our new renovated home and working with him was so fulfilling.

Shahen has very classy and elegant ideas. His optimum utilization of space is incredible. His team is also very professional and promt. Would really recommend his services for all.

Working with Shahen and his entire team was a very very positive experience. We went ahead with him as our designer because of his creative ways to utilise the space in our structurally difficult house. His vision and design turned our old, 90s home into a modern elegant one. Natural light is scarce in our house because of which it was extremely important to have well planned lights inside the house. In this regard, the team has delivered above our expectations. Through out the process, it was very easy to communicate with Shahen about our wants and needs. His attention to detail and expertise in the field is remarkable. It can be realised in how quickly he understands what one is talking about and in providing alternatives/solutions to a problem. Shahen & his team helped convert a bare-shell apartment into our "dream home." My wife & I were keen on getting our interiors done with an opulent feel - similar to that of a luxury hotel suite. Shahen understood the assignment from the get-go and not only met but exceeded our expectations. The entire process - from the initial checklist, design briefs, and mood boards to 3D conceptual layouts, vendor/material selection, and execution. - was smooth and hassle-free. I've worked with various architects in the past, but I found Shahen's work to be a class apart. I must also point out that he has excellent vendors on board who can get the easiest to the most complicated jobs done at economical rates. His choice of materials, color palette choices, and overall design vision were impressive. In addition, his attention to detail was impeccable. The end result was a home that we love more & more every day. I'm sure we'll be working with Shahen again very soon on some other project!

I personally feel Shaheen Mistry is a thorough gentleman and a professional . His designs are a class apart.... his team is very knowledgeable and cooperative.It was such a nice experience working with him as he is so relaxed and easy going . He is open to my ideas , he explains the pros and cons if i am too ambitious . I would always recommend him and will always work with him in future

Shahen is a professional Architect. He has an eye for minutest detail. He is vert reactive to client queries and has good networking skills with sub vendors. He is patient with client feedback and guides them to the correct vendor who is a master of his craft. He has a great team of contractors who are thorough professionals. Overall I would definitely recommend him for home and apartment designs.
