The Secret Gardens team are fabulous! Extremely professional, courteous and helpful...they make suggestions when needed and that is really helpful to maintain a garden...especially when I dont have a clue!! And they always clean up and take away! Passers-by will often comment on the neat and tidy appearance and its simplicity is very pleasing with colour and texture and structure for a small garden with seasonal changes. A very regular and reliable service we know we can count on them! Thanks!

Secret Gardens helped us relandscape our front and backyard to a space that is now functional and inviting. Areas which were previously unaccessible or not used are now frequented by the children! The staff at Secret Gardens were friendly, helpful and professional from the beginning to the end. The service they provided was of the highest standard. We appreciated the timely and regular updates. The project ran very close to stated timelines and deviations were explained clearly and managed well. What stood out was that the staff who worked on property were all clean and courteous. There was never any rubbish left onsite. We appreciated the visit 6 weeks after the landscaping works were done for a check of the state of the garden. It was (to our surprise) a most positive experience! Very different to our previous experience whilst building. We would highly recommend Secret Gardens. Well worth every penny.

The Secret Gardens team planted out a team under the guidance of the head of horticulture. The garden looks lovely but most of all the team were respectful and hardworking, getting the job done with a minimum of fuss and cleaning up completely when done. They went out of their way to be helpful and really seemed to know what they were talking about.

The LNA confirms that Secret Gardens has been a member of the LNA since 2011 LNA members must satisfy the membership criteria and requirements regarding appropriate insurances, qualifications and quality checks. They also agree to be bound by the Constitution, Rules, By-Laws and adhere to the Code of Ethics.

We are fortunate enough to have discovered Secret Gardens 8 years ago whilst building our home in Randwick. They were able to transform a tiny gardenless backyard into a beautiful entertaining haven! The design enabled us a small yard, terrace area & a magnificent plunge pool. Having worked so seamlessly with their team on our first renovation it was an obvious choice to work together on our second home. Matt and his team created a another magnificent space for us. Their attention to detail in both construction & planting is unparalleled . Their staff are always on time, well trained & most importantly they seem to like what they do!! Their ongoing maintenance service is outstanding as the care & pride that is taken in the design & construction is continued. We have no doubt that both the gardens that were built for us by Secret Gardens helped us achieve record prices for both our homes.

Over the past 15 years Secret Gardens has transformed 2 different gardens for us into beautiful places we could enjoy and entertain. Our first property was an apartment in Paddington with a 60m terrace. Secret gardens transformed the terrace into different entertaining areas including a water feature. At our second home in Bondi they transformed a bland garden into a entertainers dream. They created a deck with a concrete built in BBQ that was the main attraction. The follow up service was outstanding as they take pride in their work and continue to provide exceptional service in the periodical maintenance.
