Simple Floors was awesome from the moment I walked into the store. Their customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy or overbearing. Simple Floors had a great selection to choose from, and when I found the flooring I wanted, ordering and delivery went more smoothly than I could've imagined. The floors they offer are unique and not offered by competitors or big box stores, and everyone who comes to the house compliments us on the new look. Highly recommended!

I went to many flooring stores in the greater Sacramento area. Simple floors, because of CECe, was by far the best. They picked things out for me before I even got there, they explained things to me The differences between the different types of flooring including prices wearability, homes with dogs etc. I would recommend simple floors and CECe to anybody that was thinking about getting new wood flooring. I love my floor.

We have done business several times with Simple Floors. CeCe is awesome to work with. Always remembers us and so quick and accurate to get our orders in. Great place to buy your wood flooring! Highly recommend them!

I am an interior designer and have shopped at SimpleFloors for clients. Working with them is easy, fast and reliable. I can get quotes via phone and email right away. They even recommend contractors to do certain jobs. I find their customer service to be increadible and will continue to do business with them and bring in my clients for their flooring needs.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Our floors came out beautiful and everyone that enters our home from the front door all the way through the house makes comment of how beautiful the floor is. They are reasonable in cost compared to other companies. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace there floors. The selection is also very extensive to chose from
