Mike’s attention to detail in my kitchen was horrible. The uneven floor joints and doors are uneven. It looks very cheap.

For the last 4 years I have been doing projects with Seven custom homes and it was a wonderful experience every time. Their team is highly competitive with professional attitude and friendly nature. Our recent project involved kitchen renovation and backyard yard of the home therefore I had loads of questions which I got answered easily and on time. The staff was well skilled and each of my queries were thoroughly answered whenever I left an email or made a call. I was impressed with the management of time with priority being given for time so was their installation staff on time that too with professional work ethics.

We hired VII Homes to assist us with a backyard makeover, which included a new patio and patio cover (a lot of poured concrete). We’d seen their work before at the Parade of Homes in Lakeway, so I was very familiar with their designs. We pretty much turned the project over to them and gave them some rough ideas as to what we wanted…..man, it turned out better than we hoped! Exposed rafters, with tongue and grove ceiling, huge cedar posts, and all the masonry work as well (I could go on and on...). They made our backyard an additional living space!

David, Jeff, and the entire team at Seven put quality and attention to detail first. They build on the cutting edge of technology and style. They treat their partners with respect. I highly recommend Seven!

Good day I don’t normally endorse people/ companies but when it comes to David and his staff at Seven Custom homes I have to. These guys are great. I have been an AV integrator/Principle for over thirty years in the Houston, San Antonio, Austin markets. I have had the pleasure of working with many high end builders. My best builder is Seven. I will list a few reasons that are significant with our company but if you’re building a home or remolding Seven Custom Homes is hands down the best. Seven Custom Homes has an exceptional staff. Everyone is on the same page. Our projects tend to be tedious and demand a tremendous amount of management, oversight and knowledge that’s were Seven strives. There experienced and it shows when its time to implement the project. There is no excuse it has to be right. There’s tight schedules but enough time to do the job right which makes the job more fluent. Jobsites are well managed and extremely clean again this makes for a great working environment. Same subs onsite this is huge, everyone knows what’s expected of them and there responsibilities as subs. This is crucial in making sure a project is done perfect the first time. I know my company takes great pride in what we do just like the other trades on Seven Custom homes jobsites, They are the same mold as us just do different things but same finish line perfect house.
