In the course of owning a rental property I have had to deal with numerous contractors and I can confidently say Hamid is the only one I have actually liked and fully trusted. Hamid and his team performed a partial basement renovation on the property related to waterproofing work performed by another contractor - the scope included demolition and rebuilding of the basement stairs. The work was performed efficiently and competently, they were respectful of my tenants and the cost as quoted was exactly what we paid. The end result was even better than I had hoped it would be with extra care shown in finishing touches by the team. Hamid was communicative and present every step of the way and I never felt like I was bothering him if I reached out. I would 100% use this contractor again for future work. The Pro A&R team did an amazing job. We had a full basement with bathroom renovation, plus the laundry room, starting from concrete floors and walls. Right from the beginning, the quote was detailed, and the work on budget and on time. Hamid and Rhida have an incredible eye for the finishing detail right to the end. They are also thoughtful about the execution of the work, easy to speak with and flexible to make adjustments. They were on site every day. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro A&R.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hamid in May, just a month after we moved into our One-year-old house. The basement wasn't finished and we wanted a recreation room for us and our three-year-old, plus storage space and an exercise area. We were also considering adding another bathroom, possibly with shower, where the rough-in exists. The first thing Hamid did was talk us out of the bathroom as we already have 2.5 baths in the house. He saved us $7,000 and that enabled us to put the space to better use. Hamid listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions and the benefit of his experience, and we all came up with a workable plan. He estimated the job would take between four and five weeks. Work started as promised on September 2, finishing on Oct. 4 -- five weeks. The workmanship was great and the few times we ran into minor challenges, they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of our home. The price was exactly as quoted, not a penny more. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend the Pro A&R Renovation Group to family and friends and plan to use them again in the next few years when we have other home renovation projects.

We were so lucky to find Hamid and his crew to complete our basement bathroom. Hamid started and finished the work on time. Hamid and his crew arrived on time everyday and worked through the day. They were polite, friendly, respectful and clean. Hamid dealt with any issues and recommended suppliers for all materials. The bathroom looks AMAZING - jacuzzi and shower with body jets, wall and floor tiles. We have already contracted Hamid to return for a full renovation of our main bathroom.

We hired Pro A&R Renovations to renovate our very small 3-piece bathroom. The scope included gutting the bathroom down to the studs, extending one of the walls to provide additional space, and building a new bathroom. From our initial meeting with Hamid he provided great ideas on how to maximize the space of our bathroom along with detailed information about what would be required to complete the project. After interviewing 4 contractors to complete the renovation work in our basement, I elected to work with Hamid and Pro A & R Renovation...I am very glad that I did. What started out as a relatively straight forward reno that involved relocating our boiler and then rebuilding our downstairs bath turned into something much larger as we began to discover the past construction history of our house through the process of deconstruction...a common issue with most renos it seems. Throughout this process Hamid and Rida were steadying influences that brought a very practical perspective to any deliberations. Most importantly, they stayed on-site throughout the entire process, showed up everyday at 8:30 am and worked through until 5:00 pm and were willing to engage in discussions to find the best solutions along the way. They are both very skilled tradesmen and managed all aspects of the rebuild process. They do high quality work, keep you up to date on budgets and costs, deliver on time, and make sure that the finished product meets expectations. Renovations are chaotic by nature but Hamid and Rida maintain a calm and focused approach through the process, clean up the work site at the end of each day and manage to move the process along in an orderly manner. We are very satisfied with the end product and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Hamid and Rida to others.

This was actually our second renovation with A&R and we would definitely hire them again. They started both of our projects when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They made their time working in our home at least intrusive as possible, cleaning up daily and using protective barriers to avoid dust. We're very happy with quality of work as well as the price.

We recently had A&R Renovation refinish our master bathroom, laundry room and do some work in our master bedroom. We were exceptionally pleased with the entire process, and the final work. The team from A&R Renovation are professional, punctual and the owner, who was always part of the team doing the work, responded to any questions very promptly. They solved some unique issues on the job with creative solutions and they always wanted to do the work to the customer's full satisfaction. Kitchen and Bathroom renovation. After searching for some time for a competent and reliable contractor we found A&R Renovation and they most definitely did not disappoint. Hamid estimated the time it would take to do the job and was on point with the timing. They were on site every morning between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and worked through to 4:00 p.m. In certain instances they went beyond their call of duty and pointed out several issues that needed our attention and to be taken care of. They tackled a few jobs without hesitation, which were not in the contract, but necessary for safety and completeness. Their expertise showed in the end result of their work. We are very pleased with the renovations and would highly recommend Hamid and his crew to anyone for any renovation job.
