SI was great to work with. Every sub-contractor took their time, did a good job, came in a timely manner, and cleaned their area before leaving. They were good about "problem solving" any issue encountered in our mid-century home. Frank Z. Kept us informed every step of the way. The cost was reasonable for the work and the work was completed by the date given. We would definitely call on them again for work to be done, and recommend them to our friends.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the extent that the Southeastern Interiors Team went to help us with the selection and manage the installation of our kitchen backsplash and a rather large project of replacing our tile floors with the perfect porcelain tile. Their services have updated our home by 20 years. We were very fascinated by the knowledge that each team member had, especially Ashley; and she came to our home and helped us make the final selection. Both projects began on time and Frank was constantly managing the projects and the installation teams. He went to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction by ensuring everything was properly covered in plastic to protect the adjacent floors and surrounding areas, inspecting all work, and meeting with me often to ensure I was involved with all option decisions. From beginning to end, both projects were very professionally managed and we continue to refer our friends and family to Southeastern Interiors. We will calling on them again very soon for more home projects.

Southeastern has seen me through 2 "water" events this year. The first was a serious kitchen flood. I was very happy with the service and attention that was given to us during the recovery process of our home. The most recent event was a flood to our finished basement due to hurricane water. Ashley was very accommodating when it came to finish selection and getting installation lined up for us. We are very happy with the level of service as well as the new flooring. It is beautiful. Thank you for being there for us.

When we chose Southeastern we knew we were getting a reputable company to do our flooring project. However, even as we had high expectations for a good job, those expectations were exceeded by the finished product. Our satisfaction was greatly enhanced by the personnel involved, not only by their competency, but by the fact that it was obvious that they prided themselves in their work and had a desire to make sure we were satisfied. Renovating any part of a home, especially while still living in it, is at best an anxious and strategically delicate time! We selected Southeastern Interiors for our flooring project because of the personal referrals we had received and the research that the wood grained ceramic plank flooring we had decided upon for a product would require expert installation to closely resemble a hardwood look. While our kitchen, the heart of our home, was being dismantled and renovated, designer Ashley Ausley was superior in her assessment of our flooring needs, creative in her suggestive choices to compliment cabinets, granite and adjoining flooring, and went over and above the call of duty from every phase of the initial order, pricing accuracy, attentive communications of delivery and installation, and personal monitoring of the process from start to finish. The project was completed in an impressive time frame, and the finished flooring is a beautiful highlight of our home! Our installer, Lucas, was so courteous and professional, he demonstrated the work ethic of a saint! If the experience we had with these two representatives of the company are indicative of the quality, care and integrity of doing business with Southeastern Interiors, then why would anyone choose anywhere else?
