We use SecureTurf for lawn care maintenance and our yard has never looked better! Great company with very respectable employees.

Well, 1 yr and done.....crab grass a plenty, called my rep was inspected (dexter) and he confirmed. My next treatment was expedited, received call (recorded) on 7/14, that treatment would be 7/17. Saw no sign left as usual to confirm treatment so called, 7/19, was told I was set for treatment in 7-10 days. I called Dexter,,,,,,"well I don't really do anything with scheduling, and I'm at lunch",,,,,,WOW, thanks. Did say he would check on it, but the luster is gone,,,,so 1 yr and done. Follow up, says treated 7/21, 18 days,,,,believe they fertilized the grab grass, taking over my yard. Texted rep,,,,no reply, emailed office, no reply.

We have used them for almost two years now, it has been one disappointment after another. After several months I complained that our yard looked worse then when we started, I was informed that it would take at least a year of their scheduled visits before I would see a change. So I waited and waited and waited, maybe a slight difference but we also water our lawn and the old owners did not. We were paying for them to do the front yard and back, they would constantly forget the back, show up whenever they wanted and leave a bill and took forever to come back out. TWO YEARS in a row they forgot to seed and aerate our back yard, it took weeks for them to come back out the first time. The second time I happened to be home and had to call them after they left, they came back and still forgot to fertilize my lawn afterwards which was $50..had no problem charging me for it though. I have called and complained about weeds after plenty of weed treatments , only to be told they don't do those kind of weeds....maybe a note or something would've been nice considering my WHOLE front yard was mainly "those" weeds. They ended up coming out to spray after I complained and killed everything, including the regular grass. After being home a few times when they come out and witnessing them not doing what they are charging for, who knows how often and to who else they have been doing this. The ONLY good thing I have experienced was Dexter came out for a quote on top soil (which was outrageous) and he was very nice, and Donna who answers the phone is always quick to help.

The entire Secure Turf team from Ryan (owner) to Jamie, Eric and Miguel and his crew were EXCELLENT! Trust them and were a joy to work with! Created a beautiful retaining wall, patio with walkway and driveway at our home! Look forward to working with them again

I have known Ryan for many years and have worked along side him. He is honest, easy to work with and does a quality job. I would recommend him as first choice for your next project!
