Excellent refurbishment of my bathroom by Mike and his team. Highly recommend. Efficient clean work to a very high standard. Very happy with the job .

Mike and his team have recently completed a renovation of my family home. This included knocking down internal walls, building new internal walls, fitting a new kitchen and bathrooms and other small jobs. At the first meeting Mike was polite, on time and very helpful with ideas and suggestions. He wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive but his quote was detailed and importantly he made me feel confident that the job would be done to the standard I was looking for. When work started, (delayed due to Covid) Mike and his team were extremely diligent and worked long hrs to get the job done on time. This was very important to us as we were on a very tight schedule. Throughout the process Mike's level of communication was excellent and he kept me updated with how things were progressing, as we were not always there to visit the house. He also dealt with any issues that arose calmly and always informed me of the best course of action prior to moving ahead. He was always available to discuss any concerns I had no matter the time. The standard of his work is good and I would have no qualms in recommending him, in fact I already have to friends and family. Finding a team of tradesman who are reliable, thorough, competent and friendly is sometimes hard but with Scott Eco builders you are definately guaranteed that. Special mention also to Miro, Paul from Home and Heating Solutions, and Ryan the electrician who were all fantastic.

I hired Scott-Eco Builders to carry out a complete renovation of two bathrooms. I chose to purchase the tiles and bathroom “equipment” so this was a clearance and fit-only job. The team arrived when said they would and worked hard to complete the job in line with their estimated timescale. I was delighted with the outcome of their work. The quality of Miro and Mike’s work was great and the price was good. I’d happily hire them again.

Really pleased with Mike and his team, a really big job that they work continually at. Full restoration of a New Town flat - new floors, ceilings, new kitchen in the old bedroom, ripout old kitchen from new bedroom, two new bathrooms in now locations, new internal walls, it was big 3 month project, and we're really pleased with how everything is at the end. Bathroom refurbishment. Arrived on time to start work every day, often worked late to get the jobs done. Worked around keeping a toilet plumbed in throughout the work with no issues. Arranged for an electrician to fit a new electric heated towel rail as part of the job and cost was very fair on this element. Whilst we had new carpets down these were protected and areas kept clean throughout. Shower screen was not of good quality/suitability and in fitting has cracked tiles due to pressure from hinges. On Mike’s advice getting a replacement and agreed to come back to replace tiles and fit new screen. Very happy. The new bathroom looks great.

Scot-Eco builders have carried out renovation work for me on two occasions. Both times they have completed the work to a very high standard, have communicated all steps in the process and have been very clean and tidy. All work has been completed on budget and on deadline. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Got my whole bathroom ripped out, remodelled and a new one installed. They did an absolutely brilliant job, I will be using them again!

Mike and his team were fantastic. They did an extremely sensitive renovation of a large New Town flat, including new flooring, painting, kitchen and bathroom renovations and original cornicing. They built a window seat and are coming back to do fitted wardrobes because we were so happy with their craftsmanship. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating; they went above and beyond and we are thrilled with the results. They were on time and on budget, which I know is worth its weight in gold. I would highly recommend their services.
