Working with Sebring Design Build was a great experience. I was expecting a lot of complications when we decided to jump into remodeling our master bath. I am amazed at how smooth the entire process was. The staff at Sebring starting with getting a quote all the way to the completion of construction were amazing. They are super organized and professional at all times. It was great being able to go to their showroom and work with Victoria picking everything out. She uses her computer to show you everything as you pick it out with digital renderings. She has impeccable taste and is so easy to work with. They use a program you can access from your phone or computer that keeps you informed of everything from billing, schedule, drawings, and messaging. During construction Phil is organized and easy to work with. He keeps you informed through the entire process. Miguel was at my project a lot and does such great work. The final product is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

We love our renovated first floor by Sebring Design Build. Our designer, Victoria, was very creative in her approach to transforming our kitchen/family room into a gorgeous, updated, open gathering space while still providing the area and flow needed for a functional kitchen. She listened to our priorities and made sure each was incorporated into her design. Their craftsmen were meticulous in their attention to detail while installing new cabinetry and painting/refinishing/reconfiguring existing built-in shelving. They were always friendly and helpful. Phil, our project manager, listened to our concerns and was able to provide quick and effective solutions when unexpected issues popped up. He kept the project moving at a quick pace and was able to get it finished in our tight time frame. During this crazy time, our new kitchen/family room has been our main gathering spaces. Thanks to Sebring Design Build for refreshing it and making it so beautiful and comfortable!

We would like to highly recommend Sebring Design Build of Naperville for the excellent work to design and build our new kitchen and laundry room. It was a long and hard decision for us to make the final jump into remodeling our 1950’s house, and we knew it would be very expensive. However, Sebring was very knowledgeable and professional as they walked us through the design and remodel process. Our decision to work with Sebring proved to be worth the investment. Sebring was professional and attentive to our concerns which included Nikki and Linda our designer and decorator, to the demolition team, to Scott the carpenter and cabinet installer and Phil the Project Manager, The quality of work exhibited by Sebring was exceptional. The demolition team cleaned up every night as they tore down an old 1950’s structure with plaster walls. Scott was incredibly meticulous and friendly and it was a exciting to watch his progress during installation. The numerous cabinets, drawers and island were installed just perfectly. As Project Manager, Phil was unpretentious and easy to work with. Always pushing the job forward, but always making things “just right”. Phil was always checking and discussing with us the proper location of lighting, air vents on the floor, and exhaust vents on our old roof. He even installed a new access door to our crawl space that is easier to lift and blends in much better with the laundry room. We came to greatly appreciate his experience and expertise. He treated this job as if it was his own home. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and laundry room. We really wouldn’t change a thing.

Working with Bryan Sebring and his team was an absolute joy and our kitchen/first floor remodel exceeded all of our expectations! From working with Bryan and Linda on the design (within our budget), Phil our project manager, Scott/Harris/Mark,etc our construction/carpenters, all of the electricians/plumbers/painters/cabinet installers, everyone of them are exceptional at what they do and were always professional and just good down to earth people. It was very easy to communicate any concerns/changes we had using the co-construct app. Phil was wonderful in handling everything we threw at him and stopped by pretty much everyday to make sure things were on schedule and were being done right. Can't say enough nice things about this whole team! You can't go wrong in choosing Sebring Design for any remodeling project. When we remodel our bathroom down the road, we know who to call :) Thank you Bryan and team for giving us the kitchen of our dreams!

Sebring Design Build was absolutely wonderful to work with. Start to finish, we cannot recommend them more highly. Bryan is a top notch professional and his team consists of hardworking, design savvy experts in their craft. We hired them to finish our basement and move our laundry area to the main floor. I knew I would love having the additional space of the basement, but the new laundry room just off the kitchen has made my life so much easier that I actually enjoy doing laundry for the first time in my life! It is a beautiful space I use daily. Our basement is perfection and our family could not be happier. We added a large living space with 85" home theater, a gorgeous kitchenette with large island, a beautiful bathroom with shower, and two spacious mechanical/storage areas. Our children love the additional space to hang out with friends, family movie nights are unreal, and our guests love having almost their own apartment in the basement. We had met with other contractors, but once Bryan and Nikki graced our home, I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else, no matter the cost. It was expensive, but it looks like it was which is always the end goal! This review is long overdue, but I just wanted to say thank you to Bryan, Nikki, Phil (our project manager) and the whole team for making our dream basement a reality!

I first had the pleasure of meeting Bryan and spending time with him at an industry conference some time ago. Bryan runs a highly respected design/build firm in the Chicago suburb region much like our own that we operate in the Philadelphia area. I've never met someone who was more committed to client satisfaction and ethical business practices. Since our first meeting, it was clear that he is a great industry mentor and highly respected by his peers. If you are considering Sebring Design Build for a project, you are in great hands.

We used Sebring 12 years ago to finish our basement and were very happy with the service, design and final product. When we decided to remodel our master bathroom we again decided to use Sebring. Bryan and his team made the process very easy. We did not have time to run all over Naperville looking at tile, fixtures, finishes etc. and so needed “one stop” shopping and design assistance. Linda, the designer helped us pick out everything but light fixtures right in their showroom. Another builder we looked at had a larger showroom and so I was concerned Sebring’s choices would be limited. I was pleased that there were enough choices in Sebring’s showroom to give us options but not be overwhelmed. The design and planning process went very smoothly and in fact Linda revised the design when we had to temporarily put the project on hold by adding a feature wall with niches that is just gorgeous. Phil S. was assigned as the project manager and he went above and beyond throughout the project and made sure everything was moving smoothly. As with any remodel there were some issues but Phil and Bryan were quick to make the necessary corrections even months after the project was completed as was the case with the floor grout. All of the sub-contractors were courteous and tried to make the process as disruptive as possible. We love our new master bath design and all the finishes. I would definitely recommend Sebring and wish I had more projects for them!

Absolutely fantastic company. The process was as smooth as a full bathroom gut job can be. Some home remodeling companies are very pushy, however Brian did not try to push a contract down out throat. The estimate came in where Brian originally quoted (given an initial range). Linda did a great job helping us to make decisions on even the smallest detail-and was also very patient. Percy, our project manager, was extremely professional and we were never made to wait if we had a questions/concern. The co-construct app was also a very cool tool that Sebring uses. We were apprehensive to allowing "strangers" in our home during the day-but quickly became comfortable with them as they were all professionals. Thank You-Would recommend Sebring to anyone.

The Sebring team was great to work with on my recent home projects . We did a full remodel of the master bathroom and a partial remodel of our kitchen . The entire process from start to finish ran smoothly . Brian and Linda helped build a plan around my vision and budget and Phil managed the project flawlessly. The entire team is talented , experienced and professional. I would highly recommend working with the Sebring team. They are focused on quality and meeting their customers expectations.

Loved our experience with Sebring! Linda was fabulous to work with in designing our spaces. Phil was an excellent project manager and listened to all my questions and concerns. Never had to worry about crew showing up and work being done. Everything was done in a punctual and timely manner thanks to Scott, Harris, Jeff and team. So glad I chose Sebring - thank you Bryan!

We hired Sebring Design Build to demolish and remodel our entire basement due to water and mice damage and I highly recommend their services. In fact, as soon as the basement was done we hired them to redo our kitchen with no hesitation! Everyone is a pleasure to work with as well as being extremely knowledgeable and skilled. The first time we met with Bryan and Linda we felt that they understood what problems we were having and what we wanted to do with the space. Nancy had great ideas for our new layout that we would never have thought of and Linda helped us pick out colors and materials to make our dream basement come to life. They have a wonderful project management program that allows you to track what is going on and easily communicate with the team. They did everything from dealing with Com-Ed to upgrade our electrical supply to finding people to fix water damage and leakage to our siding and sheathing. We are so thrilled with our new basement thanks to Sebring!! Update 11/15/18: Our new kitchen is finished and we have been happily cooking in it for the last few months. Once again Linda and Nancy did a fabulous job coming up with a new design that gave me more storage space and work areas. Phil did a great job as project manager and made further suggestions for improvement as the job progressed. Scott and the carpenters did such a great job installing everything that even the inspector doing the final approval commented on how well built everything was. They also came up with a way to accommodate the flush-mounted island hood we wanted by building a really cool "floating" soffit. We are so happy with everything and once again I want to emphasize what a pleasure it is to work with everyone at Sebring. We will definitely be hiring them for our upcoming home improvement projects!

Like so many other reviewers here, I recommend Sebring Design Build without hesitation. We chose Sebring to finish our basement primarily because they finished our neighbors' basement to high praise from everyone. From the planning stages to the construction process to the final product, everything was handled professionally, courteously, competently, and promptly by Bryan and his team. Planning/budgeting: Bryan communicated every detail of the anticipated costs in writing during the planning stage, and that is precisely what the project cost - aside from change orders issued at my request. All change orders were discussed in detail in advance, and approved by me through the online portal. I felt like I was in control of the process the entire time, and fully understood what I was paying and what I would get for that cost. My one suggestion would be to enable clients to make payments through the online portal. I literally had to buy a checkbook in order to write the series of checks to pay Sebring since the rest of my world accepts electronic payments. Process: Our project, captained by Phil, was finished right on schedule despite several surprises (old black mold in a wall, leaky window wells) that could have derailed things. Nothing phased Phil, and he was immediately responsive to all of our concerns, 24/7. All of the subcontractors who performed work on the project were just as courteous, competent and professional as Bryan and Phil. They were impeccably clean despite the mess that comes with construction, and kind to my curious young children. I will attach some images from the construction process to show just how well these guys cleaned up after themselves and went out of their way to be courteous by restocking our powder room supplies mid-project. End result: Of course, none of the above would matter if the end result was garbage or not what we wanted. But it's gorgeous - see pictures. The basement looks even better than I imagined, and integrates all of my random requests. Their stonemason even built my requested "wood niche" for the fireplace to spare me a million trips up and down the stairs with firewood. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Sebring charges more than many, but they cross their T's, dot their I's, and thensome. It is money well spent. We already have plans in place to use them again for our master bath renovation.
