This is the second project i have chosen to work with Sebastien. Once again, he did an amazing job! His style is unparalleled and he creates such beautiful spaces. He has such attention to detail which I love (since I’m type A). He leveraged what he learned about working with me last time and incorporated it into this project. He is now the only interior designer I would work with and I don’t see any scenario where I would use anyone but him.

Sebastien is the true embodiment of professionalism and sophisticated style. From our first consultation through the completion of our project, he maintained timely and thorough communication. We worked with Sebastien to develop a floor plan and find pieces to furnish our new home in Los Angeles after upsizing from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom home. My partner and I have quite contrasting styles--I prefer a modern aesthetic, while my partner gravitates towards Spanish revival tones and textured materials. Sebastien listened attentively to all of our preferences and found a way to seamlessly blend them into a cohesive plan that is elevated but still warm and comfortable. I tend to be very particular, and Sebastien's attention to detail, along with his calm and friendly demeanor, kept me at ease. The way he organized the project made the experience exciting and stress-free. We are so grateful to have found Sebastien--he is truly the best!

Sebastien is exceptionally good at what he does in a field that requires creativity and attention to detail. He reduces what is dauntingly open ended into something that is readily digestible for the customer. He is an exceptional professional and was the highlight of our extensive remodeling project (which in other respects was very stressful). He brought the calm to our project and the inspiration. He delivered what we expected and more. For example, I pride myself in attention to details and consider myself to be somewhat savvy in interior design types of things, but there were many times when Sebastien brought in ideas that were totally unexpected and impressive. He worked with us and our budget. He was responsive to our requests and was flexible when we needed him to be but firm on design issues where he needed to be. Now we have a home that is so beautiful and that we are so proud of thanks to Sebastien. I would not hesitate to work with him again. There just is so much value he brings to the table.

There are many things I loved about working with Sebastien. First of all, he is extremely detailed and thorough. Secondly, he has impeccable taste. His design and style are very unique but also warm. Thirdly, he is very patient. I would consider myself a very particular person and yet he made everything so easy for me. He was very good at calming me which I appreciated. I would work with him again on any future projects.

Sebastien has been professional and very helpful with the remodel of our backyard. He helped us with the building process, gave advices on the color, choice of materials; he's creative, highly responsive and cost conscious. He's a talented designer and we are very happy with our new backyard.

Sébastien did an amazing job when helping us remodelling our living space (kitchen + living room merged together). Not only he helped us in understanding the do's and dont's in so many aspects (design logics, standards to follow etc), he is also a great listener! We were amazingly surprised to see in his recommendations, items (such the creation of a fireplace), that we once mentioned randomly. We were very touched by this gesture. Once the blueprint ready to go, Sébastien curated a great set of color, decoration items, furniture, matching what he understood from our tasted. Well he nailed it. He also helped us in sourcing a kitchen designer that we pre-briefed so it saved us a lot of time. Today, the space remodelled by Sébastien, is our favourite place of our Parisian flat. We can only recommend Sébastien!!

I absolutely loved my experience with Sebastien. He was patient and thoughtful, and tailored his design recommendations to exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the result and have gotten numerous compliments on my new living space. I have already recommended his services to numerous friends.

Sebastien was amazing to work with. He really took time to understand our needs and completely redesigned our kitchen using our space in the best possible way. We removed our breakfast nook and small laundry room adjacent to our kitchen to create a brand new open kitchen with lots of light, plenty of countertop space, a new window, great modern design. Sebastien also did all the permit work for us and was fast to deliver. He was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely work with him in the future for more renovation, and can only recommend him for any interior design / renovation project you may have!

Sebastien is so good at what he does. We just renovated our kitchen, walk-in, and bathroom and we literally couldn't have done it without him. He has impeccable taste and gave us the absolute best advice on build-out, style, and design. He is sweet, easy goin, professional and he puts you at ease the moment he walks in the door. I can't recommend him enough. 6 stars.

Sebastien has exquisite taste in design and style, he brought the space I have to it’s full potential and made everything flow and look pleasing to the eye from every angle. He was very patient with me and generous with his time throughout the whole process, he gave me options to work with, he suggested things I never would have thought of on my own. I’m so grateful for his magic touch and I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

When I bought my first apartment 5 years ago, Sebastien Markoc managed and supervised the whole project, from plans, interior design to supervision. The result was refined, optimized and so frenchy chic! Sebastien was also always calm and clever when unexpected events occurred (which always happens with this kind of projects) always finding a solution to make the best out of that. And I would say that the most valuable quality is to figure out quickly and precisely what will suit the best for each of his client. I immediately felt this apartment was made for me. I’m now moving to another place, and I found a buyer who was charmed by Sebastien’s work for the flat within 2 days. Needless to say that the value of the apartment increased considerably. I didn’t hesitate to call out Sebastien for the plans and interior design of my future apartment, even if he’s now working from LA. The process was smooth and easy going though, and I’m so pleased with the plans et and ideas he built for us. As we are about to start the construction work, the contractor praised Sebastien for all the documentation he provided. You can entrust Sebastien for your future project with blind eyes!

Sebastien has helped us through our renovation process with our four bedroom two and half bathroom home and we could not have done it without him. He is creative, diligent, detail oriented, and has great taste! My husband and I expressed our idea to transform our home into a modern farmhouse and Sebastien followed through with our vision and beyond. He completed elevations, mood boards as well lists of hardware, flooring, tiles, lighting, paint colors, etc. that has helped us tremendously. He has helped us throughout the process and continues to be in touch with us as our renovations proceed. We are so grateful we hired Sebastien to help us design our dream home!
