Aaron is solely responsible for helping us buy our first house during one of the hottest housing markets to hit Seattle in decades. We started our search with fairly unreasonable expectations for what we could afford, and Aaron worked diligently over the course of a year to finally land us the perfect home of our dreams! Aaron knows the market like the back of his hand and was able to guide us with positivity and drive. He constantly treated us as if we were his only client and was always available for last minute questions and requests (of which we had many). Communication was extremely easy and Aaron was always explicit in his thoughts - the market was extremely difficult to navigate and Aaron made sure to never sugar-coat his opinions on our chances or the conditions of the homes we viewed. We attribute our accepted offer to the insight he provided and the proven dedication he displayed towards our success. We're extremely happy with our experiences with Aaron (and his team) and highly recommend him to everyone.

No integrity for renters! I have lived and rented in various states over the last several years and have never had a worse experience with rental management than with the Janus group. The Janus group bought mine and my husband’s rental contract while we were living at the property. As we purchased a home, we were honest and upfront about our moving and AGREED PER THEIR REQUEST TO MOVE OUT EARLY in order for them to rent out the property sooner. Then, upon moving out, they had LOST ALL OF OUR MOVE IN PAPERWORK, and therefore charged us for anything not in “perfect condition.” All was normal wear and tear of the property, including that of the previous tenants. Getting an email from our previous property manager confirming that she indeed received this paperwork as well as resubmitting our copies of this paperwork did not sway their decision. They elected to ignore the terms of the rental contract. Charges included the cost of paint for the property, even though all the paint they needed was in the garage. They were NOT WILLING TO ADMIT THEY WERE AT FAULT in the least. Then in the most unprofessional manner, our contact from their group BLOCKED OUR CELL PHONE NUMBER during the time that we were still trying to settle the matter. Their last response just told us that they will no longer respond to our communications. I would never recommend working with this group.

Aaron is fantastic! We have worked with him on 3 transactions, two purchases and a sale and I would never dream of using another agent in Seattle. He is extremely knowledgeable about the current markets and offers helpful advice while respecting his clients preferences and needs. On the selling side, which is so stressful, Aaron presented a strategy, created great marketing materials, and the sale worked out exactly the way he predicted, except the sale price, which was higher than we anticipated. As a buyer's representative he always tries to get you the best deal and ensure that the property is worth what you pay for it. Long after our last purchase was completed I still call Aaron to get advice on renovations and he makes great suggestions on how to get the biggest return on investment. Aaron is a great agent and has become a great friend, I couldn't recommend him more highly.
