Citizen Design is professional and customer focused. From the inception of my project till the end they took notes and followed through with the all of the comments I provided. This means a lot to me because it wasn't thier project by mine and they took that to heart. A lot of Architects can ignore this fact and cause strife in the relationship. That was not the case for Citizen. Top shelf!

Jacob and his team did an outstanding job in taking on our half-completed drawings and turned them into a home that is far beyond what we had envisioned. They were thoughtful, they listened, and importantly, they leveraged their expertise to take our ideas and make them better, presented us with options we hadn't considered, and made sure we understood the impact of our choices. While we were confident we'd love the finished product, what we're most surprised and happy about are the touches that we never considered but which they knew would go a long way making this a place we all love to come home to everyday.
