We had a great experience with Coastal Greenscapes. We loved working with Phil on the design. They were able to push our install date up 3 weeks earlier than planned. The crew was on time, extra friendly. Professional and did a great job. They finished when they said they would (much earlier considering the date of install!) they fixed a HUGE leak in our grass, entertained my son as he collected earth worms, and really made our backyard look fresh and healthy. I would highly recommend this comlany

Initially They did what I thought was a good job until the vase on the fountain had a crack and they ignore my calls to come out and help. Now I have a fountain sitting with water puddled around it and mosquitos flying around. Very attractive in my entry way. I knew they wouldn't help bc I called them right after they put our putting green in and they cemented over a drain. This year during the rains we had water come into our bedroom bc the putting green butts up against our bdrm wall. Thanks a lot guys.

Jennifer,
I'm confused on your statements on ignoring your calls. I spoke to you and personally went to your home on May 6th 2017. Called you on the same date and informed you of the problem on your voice mail and you never called back. You called the office on June 9th 2017 at 2:17 pm and spoke to our office manager, who immediately contacted myself at that time I called you again and went over the problem, same as before. You stated you were busy at the time I went to your home and didn't have time to return my call. Phil, my lead installer went to you property again on June 12 and your husband was there and Phil did speak to him as well. We did inform you of the extremely dirty water causing the pump not to work and getting clogged up. Yes there was a pin hole leak in the side of the fountain, which we informed you on how to fix it very easily. The fountain was warranted for 2 years, you are on year 3. You agreed on the solution, we have 5 Emails between Phil, myself and you on all of these conversations. As far as the putting green, we do don't use cement and never received a call from you. Reviews are meant to be honest, I can post all the email correspondence from you proving we definitely followed up many times with yourself.

nightmare to work with this company. at the beginning everything can be done and no problem. lots of errors during the work and no fixes. Peter is nice but very adamant not to accept the errors or poor quality of some of his crew work have. total nightmare unless you have a lots and lots and lots of patience and ok with mistakes to hire someone to fix them!!!

Coastal Greenscapes requires only a 10% deposit to start the job and the balance once the job is completed and the customer is satisfied. Sean , if I am correct that you paid the balance in full. What specific errors are you talking about?

Peter was quick in setting up an initial appt, and getting be quotes, and telling me the best option. I just had to replace my real turf with artificial one. However, the speed and quality was great. He also got his team to complete the project in 1 day.

I had contacted at least a dozen different landscapers and Mat from Coastal Greenscapes was the only one to return my call the same day I made my initial inquiry. He was very patient and knowledgeable to my endless questions and ever changing design. When I decided to use his company his continued quick responses to my inquiries were great and he was available via email, phone, and text. His guys were great and very knowledgeable. They did a very good job with my side yard and even though it was just 400 sq ft of work they treated my job as if it were a larger more expensive project.
