He answered all my questions and was much more knowledgeable about this business than the competition. After getting several quotes from at least 3 other HVAC companies, Charlotte Comfort Systems gave me the best price quote on a higher quality unit with an amazing warranty. Not only did he design a quiet, high efficiency unit for my home, but he came back to show me how to operate my new system. My new HVAC is working like a charm and I plan to purchase another new HVAC unit from Mr. Hendry for my upstairs level.
