Initially provided a stock batting cage net that wasn’t custom fitted as promised. Took a long time and some additional expense to order a replacement net which finally arrived and is what we wanted and expected. Thankfully SportCourt did step up to resolve but the bad lengthy experience could have been avoided with proper measurements and ordering the right size net at the beginning.

We had the opportunity to work with Sport Court of Washington, DC on the installation of our half-court basketball court. The entire process of working with the Sport Court team was seamless. Drew Gardner was the first to contact me. We scheduled an appointment so that I can share with Drew my ideas for the back yard basketball court. Drew listened, and offered constructive ideas on how best to maximize the space in my yard. We made the decision to move forward with Sport Court and the installation process went perfectly. From the removal of trees, to the pouring of the concrete slab to the installation of the actual Sport Court materials down to the painting of the 3-point line and lane--everything went great. Fast forward 12 months and we have a large branch fall on the sport court and brake some of the sport court material. I contact Drew, and ask what their process is for ordering new material to replace the broken piece. Drew follows up with me and swings by my backyard the next day, fixes the court and leaves me with 2 extra 'squares' of material. Not only is Sport Court of Washington, DC a top notch company--their representative in Virginia, Drew Gardner goes above and beyond to keep his customers happy. I would (and have) recommended Sport Court to my friends and family.

I reached out to Sport Court through looking at pictures on the internet and other reviews and I am so happy we chose to use them. Chris was super professional and down to earth giving us a quote that detailed everything. I liked that he prepared us for the cost of things that could come up like the need for a retaining wall or drainage system etc. Once construction started we were pleasantly surprised to not have the need for one and that lowered our price. The quote was fair and precise. Don't expect it to be cheap. However, you get what you pay for and they were worth it. My family now has an outdoor space that we use for not only basketball, but cornhole and tricycle riding etc. We literally use it every day and it's brought our family even closer. It's nice to be able to go out even after it just rained and have a dry surface to play on. The quality of the basketball goal is incredible. It's very surreal to shoot on something that nice and be outdoors. I liked that they worked hard to make it exactly what we envisioned and worked with us to fix or change anything we didn't like without complaint. ALL of the workers and contractors were so nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again should we ever move because now that we've had a sport court we will always want one.

After debating about putting in a basketball court in my backyard I decided to give Sport Court a call based on their positive reviews and being the only game in town (of which I found out when I hired them, also the best). I h ad a lot fo trees and sloping backyard so was expecting them to let me know it could not be done or would be cost prohibitive. Scott and Robert came to the house within a week to look at the property and told me confidently it would be no problem. They worked me with in great detail to decide on size and specifications I could fit and gave me various cost options. They came to the house twice to measure and even draw out their ideas. Once we agreed, the process started quickly. I had 14 trees to cut down and it was done in about a week or so. They are so popular be aware there is a lead time. Trees were cut down in late April and court work started to be built end of June. But that is because they do a good job and take time with each one. Sport Court uses a few work crews/independant cotnractors for each part of the job and I found out each crew had been working with Sport Court for many years and had nothing but positive things to say. They come to the house on Monday June 25thand within a day had levelled out the plateau for the concrete slab and set up the borders. Concrete also took a day and one mroe to dry fully. Then a separate crew came to lay the tiles and install the hoop, rebounders and paint the lines. Court was in a full ready condition to play on July 3rd in the evening. One more day for the fences. Overall was a smooth process and the owners came daily to check on each segment of the work and if I had any questions or concerns. This is not a cheap instant sport court, but one with a guarantee and that will last for years. Very happy with the process, the professionalism of the crews that came to do the stages of work and the personal attention. Actively recommended them to others. Cost depends on size of the court, type of tiles and hoop and type of netting. It is truly custommizable to your space. Scott from Sport Court was a pleasure to work with. He installed a half basketball court in our backyard over a concrete slab. First contact was very easy/pleasant, and his estimates were straightforward. Scott and his crew worked around the unusually rainy weather we had this Summer to install our court ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was extremely good, and they worked around some installation challenges without a hitch. Total cost was actually less than I anticipated. We are extremely satisfied, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. My son is extremely happy with the court!
