Sharon Laird was our on site interior design professional for a total remodel of our condominium. We were over 1,000 miles away, and she oversaw the vast majority of the interior fixtures and furnishings for us. Sharon's help was invaluable to the success of the project. Her communication with us, both via email and phone, was timely and informative. Sharon presented us multiple ideas and selections for each area of the rebuild in timely fashion to keep the project moving without delay. Sharon has been a godsend! I contacted her for help with 2 things: 1)face-lift for my living and dining room areas 2)advice on some outside renovations Sharon quickly understood my desired design aesthetic and was consistent in recommending things in-line with my vision. She researched and presented options for furniture, accessories, layout and styling, paint color, paver color and design, etc. When I questioned something that my contractor designed or suggested, I consulted with Sharon for validation/feedback. Several times we had to correct or make changes to the contractor's plans. I'm grateful I had Sharon on my side! Renovations and design are really outside of my comfort zone, but knowing that I had Sharon on my team really did make me feel at ease about things. I knew I could trust that anything she recommended would be in my best interest and successful in the end. Sharon was also very accessible and quick to respond, especially in several last minute situations when I needed guidance quickly due to contractor deadlines, etc. I will continue to use Sharon as needed in the future as we are continually in different phases of improvement. We totally remodeled our FL condo & could not have done it without Sharon. She did an amazing job turning the place into a little piece of Paradise for us. Almost everything was done via email & Sharon made the whole process go so smoothly considering we lived so far away. She had excellent ideas for every room & was very realistic/reasonable when it came to price. Sharon's attention to detail was way beyond our expectations from sorting through what knives to keep in the original condo to what furniture was needed! We moved into a new, very large home, bringing some of our furnishings with us. It became evident nothing looked right and I asked our realtor if he knew a designer. It turned out he did .. I immediately called Sharon Laird at Surroundings Interiors, Inc. Upon meeting Sharon, and having our initial walk through, I finally felt at ease. Sharon knew exactly where to start and what needed to be done to make our house a beautiful home. As we began, I knew we had the right person for this huge job. Her attention to detail is amazing, She knew what furniture was needed and always found items at a reasonable cost and is very creative all through the process. She worked and is working so very hard doing extra work, to make everything look great that we are just amazed. I worked with designers in other States where we have lived, but never had this wonderful expertise and good taste, combined with a desire to make life easy for the client, and always look for the most tasteful items at a reasonable price. We honestly don't know what we would do had we not found Sharon. She is absolutely wonderful in every way and it is without hesitation that we would recommend her to anyone needing assistance with a design project, large or small. She has wonderful taste and is a pleasure to work with. We feel very lucky indeed..The project is ongoing.

We hired Surroundings Interiors, Inc. to help us update our master bath and bedroom. They were very easy to communicate with and got the project underway immediately. Excellent options within our budget were provided. The designer found colors and textiles that matched our aesthetic. Every decision was discussed and agreed upon. Our designer was able to locate the lighting, tile, bedding, paint and accessories that we needed. Our experience with this company was very positive and we would gladly recommend them to our friends.

Have used Sharon in a condo and 2 homes in south Tampa. Always very professional and has great resources for anything you might want to do from draperies to entire room remodels. Very easy to work with, always listens to what I want and makes it happen. Sharon is very creative and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to transform a space! At the moment we are working on a bedroom/bathroom remodel. We are currently getting ready to start a kitchen renovation project.
