Most of our friends who’ve done remodels or additions basically hate their contractors by the time they’re done. Not so with Sardone!! We loved the finished product, and were thoroughly impressed by their continued attention to detail. When something went wrong with our new AC due to an oversight by a sub months after the project was completed, they made sure it got fixed at no cost to us. We’ve enthusiastically recommended the firm to a neighbor looking to expand their home’s footprint, and would do so again. Thanks, SM.

Poor Quality of Work, Does NOT Stand Behind It: Our home was built by Sardone Construction in 2015. In 2023 all of our wood siding completely rotted and we began having multiple leaks inside our home. Every siding company we called to fix it said the same thing: this should never happen to a house this young; the materials (type of boards and paint) used were wrong, the wood was not primed, the seams were aligned incorrectly and thus it was a completely avoidable problem caused by shoddy workmanship. It cost us $30,000 to remedy the issue by replacing ALL of the siding. We reached out to Sardone Construction who completely ignored us and refused to make things right or stand behind their work. Would strongly advise against hiring them unless you want things to fall apart much sooner than they should and be stuck paying for the repairs yourself.

Our family hired Sardone McLain Construction to complete a complicated window removal and repair in our home. We searched for months trying to find the right contractor for the job and ultimately selected them; we are so glad we did. Brian and his team were detailed in identifying the problem, laying out the plan to repair and more importantly doing exactly what they say they were going to do. These guys are the real deal - professional, amazing customer service, experts in their field and get things done on time. I can't thank them enough for fixing an 18-month issue in my home in less than 2-weeks.

Upstairs addition including a game room & guest bathroom - Excellent work, beautiful finish out, I absolutely love the way it turned out! Guys were always on time, respectful and clean. They were open to my ideas and revisions as they came up and always had a fix if something unforeseen came up. I hired Sardone Construction for a home remodel. I decided that it needed to be done in two phases; the whole house needs quite a bit of repair and updating. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian and Nicole and the team! Throughout the planning and actual work, I was informed of every step - they were completely on schedule. Everyone, including the subcontractors, was professional and efficient. Pricing was fair and the quality of the work is 5-star. I checked on the progress every day and was amazed how efficient they performed the work and how clean they left the work site each day. They even took special care of some items I left in the way. When I had questions, they were patient and explained it in a way I could understand. I have a list of things for Phase 2. I look forward to working with them again. I definitely recommend Sardone Construction.

Stephan and his team did a fantastic job on our remodel. They had great ideas during the design phase and worked hard to stay on schedule and within budget during the execution. All of the tradesmen they brought in did high quality work - no complaints anywhere. The attention to detail is evident throughout - from redesigning the HVAC and electrical systems all the way down to the carpentry with the baseboards. I think what we appreciated the most was the communication at every step - obviously they had multiple projects going, but that was never evident in how they handled our job. Great results - great service. 10/10 would recommend.

Sardone Construction worked with me on two projects back to back. First, they did some light drywall repair, painting, and installation of some specialty lighting for art in my new home. Second, they did some heavy drywall repair and a complete interior paint job in the home I had just moved out of to prepare it for sale. There were a couple of issues in the final walk through and they corrected the issues immediately. The quality of the work was to my satisfaction and I am a very particular consumer. Stephan Sardone is a man of integrity and I only do business with people of integrity.

We hired Sardone Construction to make several changes to our house. The outcome was exactly what we wanted!!! We added hardwood floors to several rooms, replaced the windows in our family room, removed windows and a door in our bedroom on one wall and added windows on another. French doors were added separating two rooms which were previously divided by outdoor windows. A pocket door was added allowing us to close off the front entrance when needed. The true test was moving a bookshelf that separated the kitchen from the family room to the dinette area. The large bookshelf was a perfect fit after they worked their "magic". They painted rooms, added new light fixtures, removed popcorn ceilings and wood paneling in the living area. The team was a pleasure to work with. We were told when an increase or savings on the budget would take place and they finished the project on schedule. I would recommended Sardone Construction, Stephan, Bryan and the team to anyone. We were not disappointed.

Me and my wife bought our first home recently and the only glaring thing wrong with the house at that point was the hardwood floors. Some of them appeared to be original to the 1959 construction date and they desperately needed some tlc. Stephan gave a awesome recommendation for someone to sand, stain and refinish our floors. They were done expertly and quickly and they still look great after a years worth of traffic. Thanks for the recommendation Stephan!

Stephan Sardone was recommended to me by a respected local architect. I needed a complete redo of my 30+ year old kitchen. I didn't know where to start, but fortunately Stephan did. His company was able to refinish existing cabinets, etc. in order to stay within my budget. He was always available to "comfort" me; and more importantly, he was hands on in overseeing the work done. I got a brand new kitchen out of the deal. Sardone Construction got one "happy camper" customer. I highly recommend Stephan Sardone and Sardone Construction!

I hired Sardone Construction at the end of March into April of 2013 to do some remodel work on the inside of my home. Essentially, we did an update on every surface of the house. Every inch had to be painted, all floors had to be completely redone, and ceilings were scraped of popcorn. He provided some framework and good ideas to what we already had in mind along the way, explained the process, time table, and pricing structure clearly. He crew came in and were professional, cleanly, and efficient. I was very happy with the finished product. Throughout the process Stephan was available, thorough, helpful, and clear. Timetables were met and the initial estimate was adhered to.

We had a few little projects we needed done around the house and had Stephan come out to consult. He was willing to meet me at 7am (on his birthday, I found out later) with his master carpenter to review our situation and discuss our needs. He gave us some great suggestions for projects we should and should NOT take on in regard to future resale value and in consideration of how long we’d be in the house. At the end of the day, the projects we undertook were too small to necessitate a GC and Stephan gladly referred us to a couple of his subs directly. We are now a year or two away from considering a possible home addition and Sardone Construction tops our list if & when it comes time to find a contractor. Stephan’s integrity is as good as it gets and I’d trust him to get the job done right.

i used Sardone Construction to renovate the lower level of my condo. The scope of work included adding a separate shower to the bathroom; replacing all the flooring downstairs; removing popcorn from the ceilings; adding recessed lighting to the bathroom and the adjacent lounge/sitting area; replacing the patio doors; adding a pocket door to close off the lounge; and customizing the bathroom and hall closets. It was great working with Stephan. I appreciate the time he took with me pre-construction to make sure I understood the renovation process. Once construction began the transition was seamless thanks to my project manager Bryan. I was well informed during the entire renovation. I really appreciate the attention that was paid to detail during my renovation. I am extremely pleased with the results and am particularly thrilled to get custom closets without the typical custom closet expense. Thank you Stephan and the entire crew for giving me a beautiful renovation AND being mindful of my budget! I look forward to working with your team again.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Stephan Sardone via a mutual friend last year while I was building my tiny house on wheels. Stephan was enthusiastic about my project and was easy to communicate with, via phone, email and text - he never left me wondering where we stood and therefore we never had wasted time. He came to my build site and we had a great consultation about the best configurations of my obviously very tiny space. He had innovative ideas and suggestions - for his first tiny house! His crew helped me with my big porch beams as a favor - so generous with his time and talents. I so enjoyed my time working with him, and I hope to have future projects with him and his amazing crew!

Rooms involved: Kitchen and breakfast area, living, dining, entry, hall, office, laundry, guest bathroom. We replaced old lighting (fluorescent and chandelier type) with LED cans. A pocket door was installed between kitchen and dining room. We had all the popcorn ceiling scraped and had all the walls sanded, retextured and painted. All cabinets were painted and antiqued. Some facing on the cabinets had to be rebuilt. Tile flooring in kitchen, entry living, bathroom, office and laundry was removed and replaced with hardwoods. Carpet in dining room was removed and replaced with hardwoods. The guest bath had tile floor replaced, walls retextured and painted/ new backsplash, new sink and commode were installed. LED lighting under the cabinets was installed. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Carpentry and tile work is outstanding. Communication with the office was good. The main disappointment was the vagueness of the lien releases. My overall score would be a 4.5 if it was available.

These guys literally saved my day! I highly recommend them! It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and I was in the middle of a custom home theater install that I had been setting up for a month when the sheet rock guy I had confirmed the day before did not show. Well the A/V install guys could not finish the job until the sheet rock had been patched so I thought the day was ruined. I frantically made a few calls to some contractors and sheet rock guys with no luck. I got the same response from everyone which was basically that my job was too small to waste their time and they only did major renovations. Then in a last ditch effort I remembered that the house across the street was under renovation and I had seen the Sardone Construction sign in the yard and the crew working over there on several occasions so I decided why not give it a try. From the get-go these guys were awesome. I told them my situation and within an hour or so Mr. Sardone himself was at my house and was more than eager to accommodate. Within minutes we had agreed on a very fair price, drawn up a contract, and the guys were patching the holes before I knew it. Now mind you, they were in the middle of a much higher profile job across the street when they made the time to help me out with my smaller project, which says a lot to me about who they are. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!
