February 1, 2017 It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation for Sapphire Custom Homes. We began our custom home builder search in 2009. After extensively interviewing several Custom Home builders, we made the decision to have Sapphire Custom homes build our dream home. We are so thankful that we made that decision. We loved Sapphire’s personal touch and emphasis on being a family company. Leo and Cathy Conde were a fabulous to work with. It was our first custom home, so we required a lot of guidance. The ability to make change orders during the construction process was great (we added/ changed several things that were not on our original plans). Sapphire went above and beyond to make sure our dream home was exactly what we wanted. They followed up on every detail. Leo even went as far to help move our trampoline from our old house to our new home on his truck after our old home had sold. We are grateful to live in the dream home Sapphire built for our family. We continue to call Sapphire every time we want to redo or add something in our home (added shelving in master closet, built in dressers in kids closets, built in wall unit, custom Hobby room desk/ storage unit, and outdoor kitchen).
