Tom Flowers and Sanctum Design led an amazing transformation of our property. This is the second project we’ve engaged Sanctum to handle for us. Tom accurately captured our vision, developed an outstanding landscape design and connected us with the right contractor to handle the install. Tom is a creative visionary and a true professional in his domain. I highly recommend him and the Sanctum Design team to anyone considering an exterior residential or commercial landscape, hardscape or pool project!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Tom, and it was very enlightening. While the services I'm after didn't align with the services Sanctum Design offers, Tom still took his time to explain things in an easy to understand way, so I could still move forward with a basic working knowledge. When is the last time you had someone take their time to provide exceptional service, even after they reached the realization you wouldn't be hiring them? That speaks volumes about Sanctum Design in my book.

Tom and his team are amazing!! He took the time to properly plan our job that we absolutely love every detail of our backyard transformation and home addition. Our backyard is like a hotel paradise. Years later we have had no problems. Amazing quality and attention to every detail. A pleasure to work with and true professional. Tom has a gift like no other home designer to make your project turn into exactly what you dreamed of and more.

My family has lived in our Roswell home for over 25 years. I often tell people that the best thing we ever did was to put a cover over our deck and wished I had done it years earlier. Prior to the project the deck was always way too sunny (see before photo) for anything but grilling. Now we spend as much time as possible on the deck, grilling, entertaining, dining, watching TV, and just hanging out. Sanctum Design and Tom Flowers did a terrific job designing the deck project with great creativity and brought the job across the finish line on budget, on time and within the new Roswell codes and is now the envy of our neighborhood. I am more than happy to recommend Sanctum Design as "best in class".

We have worked with Tom and the Sanctum team for the last 8 months on a design of a residential property and house on Lake Lanier. Their process and techniques to learn the taste, styles and desires of my wife and I was painless and resulted in a fantastic set of blue prints for our retirement house. Tom and Hanna have secured all permits from Hall County and run the bidding process with a significant number of builders to find the builder who will provide the best value for money and provide the highest quality. Bottom line; a process we were dreading has been rather smooth, painless and will result in an awesome home on Lake Lanier. Highly recommend this team!

Provided a professional landscape plan for a large property and outside living space along with a awesome pool . It had a lot of topo issues . All drainage and landscape concept could not have turned out any more beautiful.

I hired Tom to design and build what started as just a kitchen addition. It became so much more and with Tom's expertise, we added a 3 car garage with apartment and extensive renovation within the home. Tom saw the longterm vision that I wanted and was able to create it for me. Not wanting to move out, they worked with us to create a construction site that allowed us to live on one side of the house and basement while they built my dream home!

Tom and his team are real professionals when it comes to design and permitting. How a project looks and turns out starts with the design team. I have worked with a lot of architects and designers. Tom has a great eye for possibilities and his solutions are unique.
