We have recommended them to our clients looking to sell their house as an opportunity to obtain top dollar. We have also personally used them during the sale of our house. They do an outstanding job envisioning the space and showcasing it's functionality for potential buyers. They provide options for staging depending on your budget and whether you're focusing on main spaces or staging the entire home. Super friendly and pleasant to work with! I highly recommend their services for all your staging needs!

After moving out of state, our house sat empty for several months. We had showings but no offers. Our agent recommended we stage the house and provided Sanctuary’s contact information. The Sanctuary team was professional from start to finish and when we saw the photos of the home after they were done we were blown away. After staging, we had 3 offers in just a few days and went into contract over ask. I was skeptical at first but staging made a huge difference.

Sanctuary Staging did a tremendous job staging our home for sale. Upon completion of the staging process, we decided to raise the asking price by 25K and we sold the home at the revised asking price. The value they brought out in our home was tremendous. The process to stage was simple, professional, and flexible to our timelines and needs. I've recommended Sanctuary many times since the sale of our home.

I used Sanctuary Staging on a house we had listed. It was on the market for over 4 months and we pulled it off for a month to get it staged. With their staging and their suggestion to white wash the fireplace we went into contract at a price $1,000 higher net than we were on the market on before. And not just that I ended up with some of the best pictures I have for marketing now :). Saying I would suggest them is an understatement. They made it easy and more importantly were effective.

I couldn't be more happy with Sanctuary Staging. Their team is great to work with and they kept me posted about all aspects of the project. Their staging was amazing and resulted in great traffic through the house and ultimately the sale of our house in less than 30 days. I would highly recommend them.

Michelle and her team staged our home for sale and we could not be more happy - they went above and beyond in what they created - it is a work of art. They do not just stage it but they put incredible planning and detail into their process. I am sure we will much more than cover the cost of the stage from the value that they have added to the home. We are so grateful to Michelle. Many people promise you the world there a few that deliver - Michelle went above and beyond. I would commission her agin in an instant - Staging through Sanctuary is a no brainer and a definite inside scoop you should use when selling a home.

This was my first time working with Michelle at Sanctuary Staging and Styling however it will not be my last. I was out of town during the whole staging process but never had any worries, I felt 100% confidence in Michelle and her team. The home turned out beautifully but what really sets Michelle above others is her communication and flexibility. There were several delays getting the house ready for staging and she accommodated every one with a smile. She truly understands the real estate market and the craziness that sometimes happen right before getting a house on the market, for this reason she is my professional stager of choice.

Michelle and her team did an amazing job staging our home! She has a beautiful vision and is extremely detailed in turning our house into a home! we have used her on several different homes, and each one turns out more stunning than the last. Michelle and her team did amazing work! They made our vacant property look warm and inviting. Everyone who walked through the home asked if they could buy the furniture with the house because it looked like it was custom-made for each space. I would definitely recommend Sanctuary Staging to anyone looking to stage their home and will be referring her out to any of my sellers that need staging assistance.

Michelle and her team were very considerate and listened to me and my client’s needs as well as give us their professional advice. The details and care they put into staging each room was nothing but perfection. Highly recommend!!
