We relied on Sam Bradley's expert knowledge and skills to help us with a component of a whole-home redesign. Sam understood exactly what we wanted and did not try to sell us on extra services we did not want or need. He and his team executed the project on time and on budget. I have know Sam 20 years and he has partner up with me many time over the years . My customers are always happy and I know the quality of work is always good . I have known Sam since 1997 When I worked at White River Hardwoods and have sold him alot of wood mouldings, Carvings, etc. Sam is a very caring and professional builder/Remodeler and has done alot of beautiful projects. No job is too small each client is treated with the same respect and care as the other. I highly recommend him personally and professionally!!

This project also required Sam to build 2 walls to install the windows. He listened to our ideas and provided direction based on his professional experiencing providing the best possible outcome. Superb, meticulous, workmanship!

Changed front entry door and enlarged back deck with Norandex low maintenance, hidden screw decking. The project also included built=in seating, lighting and landscaping.

Major kitchen re-design including a partial removal of a wall to open up the kitchen to the living room. Some exterior doors were replaced and new wood flooring was added.

I have worked with Sam since 2012 on several remodel projects. He is so easy to work with and his clients are pleased with the results of the completed projects. Sam comes up with great solutions to tricky situations and really goes above and beyond making sure the client is getting the best for what the budget allows. He has great integrity and goes above and beyond for his customers!
