We needed new flat roofing for our house and I had no idea where to even start trying to find someone- one of my coworkers told me about Sam Roofing and luckily everything worked out perfectly with them. They had super professional team especially during a pandemic, and the customer service was 10/10. I don't usually write reviews but we had a virtual consultation with Johnny and he was so ridiculously sweet and helpful. The workers were mindful of the realities of COVID and kept their distances and had great respectful attitudes. Good job.

I was having a perplexing roof problem. After much thinking, I decided to call a reputable company, and stumbled upon Sam Roofing. Jake came over and wrote me up an estimate on the spot on a pre-printed multi part yellow form. I just went with them without waiting for the other estimate because he said he could do the job in the most professional and seamless manner like no other contractor in town. Well, that solves my problem right away, so I went for it without even getting other estimates from other contractors. His guys came, executed the job in a neat and clean manner--with no more leaks and cracks. Thanks to Jake and Sam Roofing.

Just want to let everyone know that I had the best experience with Sam Roofing. I have a flat roof, so I decided on the TPO. It's not cheap, but in the long run it pays off. You hardly hear the rain when storming. David, the Project Manager offered the best deal. David was very professional and very detailed . He checked every time to make sure the job was going perfectly. A few times he corrected his crew on minor details. The roof came out so great, our neighbors hired them for their roofing work too.

Mike and crew from Sam Roofing replaced our roof all the way around the house. I received quotes from 2 different roofing contractors in West Covina. Mike was not the cheapest, but was clearly the most professional. I had confidence that they would get the job done right and that they would back up their work. Estimator, Adam and Inspector Jake were particularly responsive and were responsible for the job going so well. They were reliable, honest, on time, explained everything thoroughly and presented us with a good fair bid. You are in good hands with them certainly. We replaced our entire roof and from start to finish they delivered hassle free experience and their outstanding services ever. Installing the roof took exactly the amount of time they said it would and we are thrilled with the outcome. Putting a new roof on can be a stressful experience but not with Sam Roofing.

During some heavy rain in August, what turned out to be a multi-year leak in my roof caused a portion of the ceiling in a bedroom to collapse, allowing water to drip on furniture. I called as soon as I discovered it. Even though it was after regular business hours, they sent someone to patch the roof within an hour. I turned to them again to do the work prescribed by the insurance adjuster and am very pleased with the results. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional, courteous, and thorough. This was not my first experience with this company, and I will continue to call in them when needed.

We recently had a water main break near our house, shooting water into the air and onto our roof. With the stones in the street, it was like our own private hail storm. We chose Sam Roofing to replace our roof because we'd used them twice before and found them to be honest, efficient and professional. This time it was more of the same: They replaced our roof including our detached garage in a day and worked with our insurance company to get reimbursed for the depreciation. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We had some serious issues with our ridge caps on our roof. I called Sam Roofing on last Wednesday, they stopped by that night to look at our roof and provide a quote. We were told exactly what was wrong with the roof and why it was happening. Ultimately our roof was not venting properly. We were given a more than fair price to repair the roof and replace and add our roof vents. Once we gave them the go ahead on the project they showed up that same week on Friday and completed the job. The work done was professional and the timing couldn't have been better with the rain we had this weekend. I would highly recommend Sam Roofing if you need anything done on your roof.
