We worked with Tim Nowak of Sam Nowak and Sons Construction for a year to add a new game room and bathroom to our home and to remodel our existing kitchen and bathrooms. What stands out about Tim is that he really looks out for his customers, ensuring that things are done the right way and of the utmost quality. When door mechanisms were faulty or tile wasn't put in properly, Tim made sure that items were replaced or work was redone. We have now lived in our remodeled home for seven months and could not be happier with the quality of Tim's workmanship and his attention to detail. Tim is an extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and hard working contractor who we highly recommend. We have a future project in mind and will definitely be using Tim as our contractor.

Remodel of guest bathroom. Went from 1970 to 2014 Zen! On time, on budget and did a GREAT job! Even liked all the subs that worked on the project.
