We are sorry you found our Residential Gardening Service to be unsatisfactory. After many attempts to address your questions and concerns around the property, including many visits by management, we decided to step aside as Mrs Kaplan suggested we do.
We did not in any way mean to offend you as a client by voluntarily stepping aside.
We continually check on service pricing because we must remain competitive to stay in business. We believed pricing issued was fair, and we seemed to work well for over a year. Our servicing crew also performed various services not included in the agreed scope of service(no additional charges were issued as you know). Service agreements are used by most landscape professionals. They help clarify the nature of our working relationship. Warranties for both client and servicer are present.
Claim over dead plant life only came to surface after we stopped services and issued a final invoice. While it is true, at one point areas became dry, it was after we had issued notice the timer control was not working properly. Approval to replace timer control was given over 30 days after the recommendation was issued.
We realize there is not much we can do now to earn your esteem. We apologize for any troubles or deficiencies present in our service at the time. We studied this matter intensely and made what we believe to be positive changes. After all, our product is our service.
