Very thorough, professional and so warm, engaging, truly a delight to deal with. Susan's products are of the finest quality. However, when I was not able to afford a certain aspect of my home's window coverings Susan, without missing a beat, creatively offered a different option saving almost $2,000. SAK Blinds came out and helped us pick the perfect shades for our windows. They were professional and brought tons of samples for us to choose from. Our shades came quick and were installed right away. We love the way they compliment our home. I will use SAK Blinds again in the future.
