In 2021, Stage Right Design, Inc. merchandised 131 Vacant Homes in the Northern California area. Of those 131 Vacant Homes, 97% SOLD and were off the market within the first 60 days! Owning all of our own inventory and occupying a 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse allows us to better serve our clients quick turn times needs, and enables us to do quick last minute stagings. As a stager, we have to know our target audience in order to style the home appropriately appealing to their taste. Staging is not decorating. It is Marketing. If you don't market something effectively you can't expect a high rate of return on your investment, or for that matter, a quick a sale. With Stage Right Design's unsurpassed customer service and highly qualified team we can stage 10 vacants a week. We have staged as many as three vacant homes in one day with great success. Our remarkable team and successful operations are a huge value add to our clients. We are here to partner with you and help you meet your goal.

I have been fortunate enough to work with Stage Right Design for many years. From new home construction to flipping homes. They know exactly what is needed to make the home show well and give buyers the footprint of what it can look like when they live there. I have used them in bad real estate markets and good real estate markets and the homes have sold quicker in either situation because of the tremendous job Stage Right Design has done. They take a nice home and make it better!

I have worked with Stage Right Design over the past 10+ years, and their services are always above and beyond! Stage Right created the perfect design inspiration to help us bring a 1950s classic home to market for the first time since 1961. This home had many original features, including the kitchen and both bathrooms. Travis and his design team selected pieces to help our buyer public imagine how they would use the various living spaces. They brought in fun, colorful furniture and accessories that were true to the era and vibe of the home. We ended up with multiple offers and selling for considerably over our list price. I know this was due, in part, to Stage Right's masterful vision and execution.

I listed a beautiful, vacant home that I thought would sell itself. We got a lot of foot traffic but no serious offers. After several months I pulled the listing and hired Stage Right Design based on a recommendation from a fellow real estate professional. I was impressed with the crew's professionalism and creativity. I re-listed the home after staging and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. We got a full-price offer and expect to close in a week or two. Staging works, especially if you hire the right company!

Stage Right Design has staged three of my listings in the past two months and all three are selling for over ask! Stage Right has a smooth system and exceptionally easy to work with. They send their quote within 24 hours and preview the home a few days before our on market date. Within a half a day, the home is staged beautifully and ready to go. My clients are all happy with the Staging process.
