We aim to please all customers and obviously disappointed she was dissatisfied with the final design. She made numerous design changes per request over the course of several months. She was provided with AutoCAD drawings of every design change and ultimately signed and received her final design. She then referred back to an earlier design as the one she wanted but it was not the one she signed/received. She only paid a deposit and refused to pay the balance due. We offered to replace the design at cost and she refused that option as well. All of our fireplace surrounds are custom made and we require signed drawings prior to fabrication.

Every job we do is custom. We work with every customer to provide them with the opportunity to be involved in design process from the beginning. Thanks!
