Terribly unprofessional company with terrible quality. Jimmy came to my home and sold us a bill of goods. He showed us before and after pictures on his phone about how my rug would look brand new after they were finished with it. He upsold us lots of services like scotchguarding, shearing so that the color would be vibrant again, etc. When they delivered the rug it looked faded and terrible. We tested water on the rug and it didn't bead up . We refused delivery and asked to have someone call us to discuss. For the next several months all we got was the run around. Every month or so , someone would call and say, we are ready to deliver your rug but we could never reach anyone to discuss the problem. We were told that the owner would call us but he didn't. The saga continues but I can only say, DO NOT use this company.

Great experience! The free pickup and delivery is so convenient. I had a number of rugs cleaned by them and I'm more than satisfied with the results. Exceptional pricing, staff and service.
