From the very first meeting, RS Mannino staff impressed us with their passion, creativity and professionalism. Rosario dedicated a lot of time touring potential houses with us, presenting multiple floor plans, architectural styles and unique aspects of each property. Once we settled on a 1950's Cape Cod that we ultimately rebuilt, Rosario and his team were very dedicated every step of the way. They listened to our ideas, concepts and budgetary restraints to come up with an incredibly efficient use of available space while designing a gorgeous authentic European style home. The team’s excellent aesthetic taste extended not only to the architecture but the construction itself. They took time to accompany us to vendors, guiding us through the material selection process in order to make sure our ideas were being implemented and stayed on budget. We were very impressed by RS Mannino subcontractors who were also very professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Frank, our Project Manager was able to communicate with them to achieve the highest quality in every aspect of the house. There is no way we could have built our dream home without the level of support, expertise and patience that Rosario, Frank and their staff provided. We would wholeheartedly recommend RS Mannino for construction projects of any size and scope.

Rosario designed and built our kitchen remodel. Our new kitchen is not only beautiful and unique but the character fits seamlessly with our 1920's home. We were remodeling our old kitchen and eat in kitchen area. We were able to more than double our cabinet space with the new layout he created for us. Design and function really came together in this project. I couldn't love it anymore!

Working with Rosario and his team was a a well guided luxury experience through renovations that i initially dreaded. I actually contacted several architects that were “highly rated” and Rosario’s professionalism absolutely surpassed the initial contact. He made himself available, came to view my projects and was just very transparent about the projects. From our initial meeting it was evident working with him and his team would be the perfect fit. My contractor suggested hiring an architect for some renovation projects so i reached out to several “highly rated” architects in the area. None of the others came close to Rosario in terms of communication and responsiveness. He came to see my projects immediately and I hired him upon our initial meeting. Since our initial meeting, his professionalism and work product have surpassed our expectations. His team met with me and my husband to achieve a design that would make our house a home and included all our “must haves” and even “wants.” He listened to me talk to obtain an understanding for how my family uses the space and they coordinated a perfect space. He followed up through the construction and was available every step of the way. The level of detail and services provided are unmatched. I first saw this house when it was just a frame with a for sale sign that said changes could still be made. While I liked the project as it was designed, I worked with Mannino to make some minor changes such as adding a bath. Every step of the way they were accommodating and helpful. The vendors they selected, from kitchen, tile, flooring etc. were great to work with and the results spectacular. They were a pleasure to work with, respected budgets and delivered a quality home of which I am very proud. I give them my highest recommendation!

We bought a house that Rosario and his team were working on. It's a 1920's house - they have remodeled/renovated the house and the end product is a perfect blend of modern and traditional. I love the end product - but more than that the journey to this end product, with Rosario and team as our architect/ contractor, was an easy one. Due to our work obligations it was often difficult for us to meet with Rosario during work hours, he was always flexible and ready to work around our schedules. When we got stuck finding the "perfect" backsplash for our kitchen he came to the rescue!!! Working with Rosario is very easy. He is patient, a true professional, always ready with wonderful ideas and goes the extra mile! I am of course not biased, but i think he has made the prettiest house on the block :-) Will strongly recommend..

Mr. Mannino was a true professional, has a great attitude and is an excellent person that I had the pleasure to work alongside . He is knowledgeable, patient and works with you to fulfill your concepts and dreams for your project.During the consultation process, Rosario made numerous changes to our plans which we requested that completely satisfied our needs. He worked well with my contractor and the local building department as well as ensured the project was in compliance with all local building codes. Home renovation/expansion, incuding bumping out kitchen, adding second floor master bedroom/bathroom. Immediately Rosario knew our vision and executed it perfectly in his drawings.
