As a General Contractor, we have had the pleasure of working closely with Richard Skinner and the talented team at Richard Skinner and Associates on many new homes and whole house renovations over the past 25 years. They provide our clients with superb designs and their creativity and attention to detail is unmatched. Richard, David, Maiju & Kevin make a point to take time with each client to get to know them and fully understand their wants and needs and are able to accurately capture our client's dreams for their homes. Every detail is thoroughly discussed and planned out and our clients end up with the perfect custom design. They make a point to listen and communicate well and always provide an innovative design that is delivered on time. We appreciate the detail and accuracy in their plans which shortens our build time and makes our new construction and renovation of our client's homes a very smooth process.

My wife and I hired Richard Skinner and Associates to help us build our family home. From our very first meeting with the team two things were very clear. First, they wanted to build a home that fit OUR lives. So we spent a lot of time talking about where we spend our time, how and where we like to entertain and about our children and their needs. And second, that they're committed to quality. They were on our building site every week during construction to ensure that what we'd envisioned is what was built. We extremely pleased with the process, with Richard and his team, and the final product.

We did a complete renovation with Richard Skinner and Associates, and the project was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Richard and his team are professional, talented, and very easy to work with. They are good listeners, and were extremely intuitive in interpreting our style and concepts, translating them into exactly the home we had envisioned. After almost four years, we love it as much as the day we moved in.
