I rarely write reviews, but the Ophelia bed deserves one. The quality is evident, and the design is both simple and elegant. I was hesitant on which size to choose for my space but their live chat was really helpful and responsive, they guided me through the options and they were very patient with me as well.

Took a bit of time deciding on the color and fabric of the Angelo dining chair, but I'm glad I did. It's comfortable for long dinners and looks sleek.

Purchased aubrey stool counter x 8 stools, beware - I paid 329$ per stool and 139$ for shipping. I ordered 6 stools to begin with back in March 2023. The "white glove shipping" is them dropping off the boxes in my driveway like any other amazon shipment. The stools are average to above average quality, but for the price I expected excellent service. When I ordered the 2nd two stools in November (6 months later) they changed the style (color, stitching on the stool leather, and added a shiny label that is difficult to remove on the back of the stools). They look like a completely different brand. I requested an explanation/refund/money back, or any sort of service, Shannon from Roveconcepts "concierge" told me this is expected changes, I should not be surprised they do not match and that it is a "natural" change. How is adding a label a "natural" change? why change the stitching on a chair? how is that "natural"? Stick with a local company, these guys are extremely overpriced.

Customer service on the chat box was amazing. They gave all the info required in such a short amount of time. Very happy with communication!

The couch arrived and was less plush than it appeared in pictures on the site and just looked too small in the room. I had white glove delivery and pretty much the second they left I started trying to return the sofa via customer service. Even though I almost immediately consented to the almost $800 in fees to rewrap it, come inside and get it and take it back, weeks later I still can’t get their third party delivery service to schedule a pickup. Rove hands over all correspondence to this third party and basically says it’s out of their control. Meanwhile, I have a sectional I don’t want but have to flip over and cover in my living room so it stays in brand new condition for ? amount of time. In summary, the couch looked much less plush in person. And, despite their website’s claim that they want you to be SO happy with your purchase and will gladly take it if not, I can’t get them to pick it up and have been stuck trying to keep the couch out of the way in our NYC home (read: not a lot of extra space) for weeks. If you think a sofa from Rove may be for you, be sure you see it in person first because returning it is not only costly but next to impossible.

I ordered a couch at Rove Concepts. It got delivered but the dimensions of the box turned out to be bigger than the dimensions stated on the website (the website dimensions: 98.4 x 40 x 31.5; actual dimensions in a box: 100 x 42 x 43). The fact that actual dimensions were bigger than the couch dimensions wasn’t communicated to me. The box didn’t fit in my elevator so I couldn’t accept the delivery. This was totally Rove Concepts’ fault since they should have communicated to me that the box’s dimensions were bigger than the dimensions shown on the website. The next day I found a service that could disassemble the couch downstairs, take it part by part upstairs and assemble it again, so I contacted Rove Concepts and asked them to redeliver. They charged me extra but failed to schedule delivery. It had been a long back and forth with Rove Concepts and their shipping company GoBolt. Rove Concepts said I should schedule the delivery directly with GoBolt. I did. GoBolt scheduled the delivery but didn’t show up. I had been calling and emailing both companies but they kept pointing fingers at each other instead of going through with the delivery. I tried to do everything I could with both companies but when all my attempts failed I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction. On a separate note - their furniture doesn't look anything like photos on their website. Just google Milo Sleeper Sofa to see photos perfect for expectation vs reality memes.
