I was novice to hand made rugs. I called to inquire about Rouzati's rugs, and Ali took his time to educate me on the rugs they have, their birthplace, quality, price ranges. Then I visited the store, found the most perfect rug. Ali let me tried the rug over the weekend in my home to see if I like it. I came back, bought the rug, met the whole wonderful family that owns this business. The whole experience is like no other. Rare these days to have this kind of customer service. Definitely coming back for more rugs for my other rooms. Beautiful selection of unique quality hand made rugs. Cannot keep my hands away from them when I am at the store. You have to touch them!

The owners and staff go above and beyond to help their customers with selection, and with pickup and delivery. I have tried many of these firms for cleaning, and have found Rouzati to be timely and well-priced, with excellent quality.

Rouzati has a wide selection of rugs in all sizes and styles, including antique, traditional, transitional and contemporary. The people at this family run business are extremely friendly and often will remember you and your preferences from visit to visit. They offer free in-home delivery for trying out your rug(s) in the space and have even taken back in trade-in a rug I had previously purchased from them. This is always my first (and honestly, last) stop on the North Shore for finding a rug.
