What do home sellers want? To sell their homes for the highest price in the least amount of time. Without a doubt, that's our goal too. Statistics have shown, time and again: residential staging consistently provides sellers (and agents) with the competitive advantage. How do we do this? By styling and decorating the home in ways which help prospective buyers to connect emotionally with a home. Our professional design team brings more than 75 combined years of experience to each project. We have a keen understanding of all aspects of interior design: spatial relationships, the proper use of color & light, the nuances of texture and surface, tasteful furniture and lighting in a variety of styles, we use only eye-catching accessories, and have an in-house collection of original art and appropriate antiques. Rosichelli Design will also design your home's interior to minimize any of the home's flaws and maximize all of its strengths. While it may not always be easy to see one's home turned into a market commodity, the reward we provide for sellers is very clear to see at closing time.

RD does a gorgeous job of staging with high end pieces and a talented group of designers. Buyers who come to the open houses gush over the staging. The amount sellers get back for their investment in staging with RD is ten fold.

Top to bottom the RD Interiors team out of Seattle did an amazing staging installation for my home for sale on Whidbey Island. Their upscale presentation dialed the family mid century home in perfectly. Comments from a few selling agents were that the staging "blew the socks off of the competition". I have to agree.

Recently we had a professional staging company fail miserably at a staging of one of my listings. RD Interiors to the rescue! We were lucky to have the time to switch gears and hire RD to stage a classic Dutch Colonial home. They elevated the spaces bringing a timeless elegance to the grand rooms. Their staging helped the home feel more modern without detracting from the charm of the home. The difference between the two stagings was night and day! Our realtor introduced us to RD Interiors, and we were lucky to work with them. They filled our home with interesting and lovely furniture as well as eye catching art and decorations.
