Nemmer Roofing team members offer licensed professional Roofing and Rain Gutter services to the commercial, multifamily and residential customers all over the Bay Area. Our team have over 40+ years experience. We are well known to our clients and have re-roof the same homes, multi-family properties and commercial buildings again after 30+ years. Nemmer Roofing takes great pride in the work we do. We specialize in making sure that the customer is unconditionally pleased with the project that we have been contracted to do. We do this by ensuring that the grounds of all our project sites are safe and clean with minimum disturbance to the residents and/or the property.

Nemmer Roofing put a new roof on our home shortly after we moved in. We were so happy with their work that my Mom ended up hiring them for her house. She chose a newer style of roofing that did not supply vents. They did quite a bit of research for her to find the vents from another manufacturer so that everything matches beautifully. A couple of her neighbors saw what a great job they did and hired them to do their roofs as well. They are professional and do excellent work.

Ron Nemmer has been providing professional roof installations and services for Residential, Multifamily and Commercial properties for as long as I have known him. His significant background and experience in the roofing industry over several decades has enabled him to provide high quality roof installations and services on flat, pitched and steep roofs. My first experience with Ron Nemmer was my roof in Saratoga a home I have owned for 40 years and was in need of not only a new roof but major dry rot repair. To sum it up in a few words the inspector said it was the nicest roof he had seen in years. I have had Ron do numerous commercial projects since and always the same , excellent quality and above all on time and very safety oriented.

We have used Nemmer Roofing for more than 15 years on several projects ranging in cost from $1000 to $45000, every job has been done perfectly and professionally. We use this company for all ongoing maintenance of our properties roofing, as well. We very much appreciate that this company doesn't upsell or suggest work that is more than would be necessary. If something isn't needed, they say so and they offer reasonable solutions to any problems that we have had.

Nemmer Roofing recently completed a large reroofing project at an apartment building in Cupertino. Their work is high quality, their crews are skilled and professional, and they work hard to stay on schedule despite necessary change orders that arise along the way. This was a very large job and it was managed very well by Ron Nemmer and team. This is just one example of Nemmer's exceptional work over the years. Nemmer Roofing has proven to be a valued vendor partner for over 20 years. Their consistently excellent work and attention to detail is top notch. The Nemmer team is extremely responsive and they utilize high quality, cost effective solutions.

We were more than pleased with the service, quality of workmanship, and cost of our new roof. Project was done in a timely manner. Everything was carefully explained to us before the contract was signed and the work started. Ron was great, he went above and beyond helping us. We would highly recommend Nemmer Roofing.

He has completed over $10,000,000 in re-roof projects for numerous commercial and multifamily properties and continues to do all types of roofing services for us. I have had the privilege to work with Nemmer Roofing for the past 4 years. Nemmer replaced building roofs in phases and did so with the utmost professionalism and excellent quality customer service. Their communication with the office and residents was incredible. Nemmer cleaned up patios daily and not one resident complained in 4 years. This is unheard of. Thank you Nemmer!
