I have known Roma Starkey since 2001. We reconnected about four months ago and that's when we began my home remodeling project. She has provided nothing short of a miracle in her skills as a designer and remodeling expert. Products, Outside Contractors and advice have all been great. Roma has helped with with two homes. One was a remodel/light fixtures, new furniture etc and the first was new paint, arranging and furniture etc. She always has fresh ideas and makes what I already own look amazing. She’s well connected in Tampa and has provided me with solid referrals for other things which is an amazing resource.

We enlisted Romarooms services to help us furnish a new home in another state. The trip was an out of town, plane flight, hotel stays kind of trip. Roma was forever on time, ready to go and always professional. We picked up her expenses and at no time was there an issue. Her service, caring nature and an “I’m spending my money” attitude was comfort to our bank account. We were extremely pleased with every facet of our buying trip. She will also accompany us to do the set up of it all. We saved more money with price evaluations than the over all cost of her services. She paid for herself. And that is a blessing.

Roma was a real pleasure to work with. She was very professional from the minute she walked into my home with her pen and pad ready to assess the job of getting my home ready to go on the market. Her many years in the business was evident by her ability to make decisions so quickly, and then working so swiftly to get the job done, which kept my cost very reasonable. She doesn’t wast your time or your money, she cares and it shows! My husband and I were very pleased with all changes she made. Roma Starkey and her company is the best of the best! She assisted me in giving my townhouse (LR, DR, Kitchen) a much needed facelift. Besides being the consummate professional, she is very knowledgeable in all areas of interior design and arrangement, having advised me on color, lighting, space layout, window treatments, and furnishings/accessories. She made great recommendations, while also listening to my desires for the space. She worked within my limited budget and helped me repurpose items, when feasible, and she also helped me find great accessories/furnishings to complement what I already had--all without breaking the bank. I wish I had photos. Roma did an amazing job. My home needed work done both inside and outside. Roma did the work of a general contractor finding and coordinating the work schedule and of various trades, including flooring,drywall, painting, gutters , roofing , pavers, carpentry, landscaping and cleanup and haul away. She also got my rooms cleaned up and organized and redecorated. She’s a wonderful interior decorator. She even made the arrangements for donations of usable items I no longer needed, and haul away for items going to the dump. All of this within my budget. I feel as if I have a new home. Roma goes above and beyond and I give her the highest recommendations.

What a pleasure to write this review for the wonderful service provided me by Roma while staging my home in Tampa. I live out of state so it was important to find the right person to stage my home for sale in Tampa. Roma outdid my expectations. Beyond the staging, Roma arranged repairs needed and had the house cleaned. The staging turned out great and I love how she decorated the interior and porch.
