We had a gas fireplace installed in our house and the professional level of service and knowledge was exceptional. Mike and Jason are experts in their field of work and will take the time needed to explain everything little detail to make sure you are totally satisfied with the vision of your plan. Our gas logs were installed 10 years ago. In that time we have had a couple of minor issues that would come with any appliance. Service was quick and professional. Workers were neat, clean and thorough. Never was there a wait as service personnel were dispatched asap and the minor problems were corrected immediately. From the professional sales information from Mike and his son Jason to the efficient installers we were more than pleased with our experience. I investigate fully before any purchase. I highly recommend Romantic as any company would be hard pressed to do better !!

From design to construction, working with Mike and his team was a true pleasure. Mike presented some great ideas and his installers brought the vision to life. We bought our linear gas fireplace from Mike Pilon at Romantic Fireplaces. From the time we walked into the showroom, we felt very comfortable, my wife and I spent a considerable amount of time going over various options and Mike and Jason were very helpful. When we made our decision, the date was set to come to the house and do the necessary construction for the removal of the traditional fireplace and installation on the new linear fireplace. I AM A DISSABLED VETERAN WIDOW. MY CONDITION NOW PREVENTS ME FROM ENJOYING MY TRADTIONAL FIREPLACE. ONCE I DECIDED TO CONVERT TO A GAS UNIT I SELECTED THREE COMPANIES. THE FIRST WAS THE FIREPLACE CENTER ON INNIS ROAD. WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE THE SALESMAN TOLD ME TO MEASURE MY OPENING, THEN CHECK THEIR WEBB SUITE, AND ONLY THEN WOULD HE COME TO MY HOME FOR A QUOTE. MY SECOND CALL WAS TO TOP HAT, THEY HAD CLEANED MY CHIMNEY AND DID AN EXECELLENT JOB. THE REP DID COME TO MY HOME QUOTED ME A PRICE OF OVER 5K ON A 24 IN LOG SET. MY THIRD VISIT WAST TO ROMANTIC FIREPLACE IN ORLEANS, JASON PILON SHOWED ME HIS RECOMENDATION FOR A 24 IN LOG SET AT A PRICE OF 2819 + TAX INSTALLED. I ASKED HIM TO COME TO MY HOME JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT IT COULD BE INSTALLED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. HE CAME , MEASURED THE OPENING AND TO MY PLEASURE TOLD ME THAT MY FIREPLACE COULD ACCOMODATE A 30 IN SET FOT LESS TAH 4K . I AS THRILLED THE UNIT WAS ORDERED AND WAS TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR MY BIRTHDAY. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SUPPLIER IN MONTREAL, WHO COULD NOT DELIVER IT IN TIME FOR THE INSTALLATION DATE. JASON CONTACTED THE SUPPLIER AND INSISTED THE UNIT BE COURRIERED OVERNIGHT SO THAT IT COULD BE INSTALLED ON TIME. THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED, THEY WERE POLITE. AND CLEANED UP AND REMOVED ALL THE PACKAGING MATERIEL. I DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE LOCATION OF THE RECEIVER., I CALLED JASON AND AGAIN THE PROVLEM WAS RESOLOVED THE NEXT DAY. THANK YOU ROMANTIC FIREPLACE, I CAN NOW ENJOY THE WARMTH AND GLOW WITHOUT ALL THE HARD WORK OF WOOD

After visiting several shops we decided to hire Romantic. Both Mike & Jason have extensive knowledge and were not frustrated or put off by any of our questions. Following an on site visit they made recommendations which actually saved us money! Their installation team is prompt, clean and efficient. In the few weeks following installation we had occasion to call and get some questions answered - no problem Jason even dropped by to solve a user error issue. Mike, Jason and their team truly have customer satisfaction as a priority!! We highly recommend this firm!

Our experience with Romantic Fireplaces was very positive right from the first moment. We arrived at their showroom disappointed to find that they had just closed for the day (we didn't realize it was past closing time). That didn't stop Mike from kindly letting us in to have a quick look around anyway. We had looked at several other fireplace shops and were impressed from the get go with his knowledge and product. We love our gas fireplace and find that it has a very realistic looking fire (something that was important to us in our search) and the flame/heat settings provide a lot of flexibility. Their service was efficient, friendly and reliable. We will be putting in another fireplace when we renovate and this will be our first stop.

I hired Romantic fireplace to rip out my old fireplace and replace it with a new gas unit. We purchased hand made metal doors, which although very expensive, are absolutely gorgeous. The workers were professional and courteous. I am happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.
