Roy stepped in to help when I discovered, what felt like a catastrophic leak, in my en suit bathroom. He conducted a site visit and produced two incredibly detailed proposals, offering different options for the repair and refurbishment. On the strength of his proposals, we opted for his services above others in the market, and actually chose the more extensive option. Roy's attention to detail throughout the refurbishment, was second to none. He designed and installed a beautiful en suite bathroom, to the most fantastic standard. His workmanship is thorough, precise and detailed. What's more, he left my home every day, cleaner than when he arrived! I would highly recommend Roy's services and have already asked him to produce quotes for future work.

I would just like to thank Roy and Dow for the fabulous transformation of my kitchen. My old gloss wrap kitchen was peeling everywhere. It now feels like a brand new kitchen. Beyond thrilled. They have both worked tirelessly during this horrendous heat and their attention to detail is second to none. I cannot recommend highly enough. Roy and Dow Tucker (Rogiet Property Services) have just completed extensive work on our house including a totally re-fitted kitchen, a new en-suite shower to replace the old leaking one, all new internal doors, handles etc and a new external personal door for the garage. Flooring in the kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and family bathroom were also replaced. Some floors had water damage and had to be repaired, some plumbing had to be replaced as well. The kitchen had existing tiles which had to be worked around by modifying worktops, some of these tiles were loose and had to be re-fitted. Existing electrics, some a bit dodgy were also replaced including new LED lighting for the kitchen and garage. These were not easy jobs to do because of existing problems but Roy and Dow dealt with all of these professionally and efficiently. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and we would confidently recommend them to anyone needing work done. We will certainly have them to do any work needed in the future. Roy comes to the rescue again! This time, our shower pump died after many years of service. Roy offered us a choice of pumps, he promptly installed a pump and pipework to his usual excellent standard. Throughout the years (around 12 I think!) Roy has installed 2 bathrooms, fixed a kitchen cupboard, replaced taps, toilet seats and many more. He is meticulous, always tidies up after him and never overcharges. Him & Dow are like part of the family now, we just leave them a key and let them crack on.

Rogiet Property Services has done a few jobs on my let house in Undy, Gwent, where other traders' work has been substandard. This includes an en-suite shower, which leaked after one year. Roy's work has proved to be of a better standard.

Roy was very polite and helpful. Unable to "shop around" due to Covid restrictions Roy obtained a number of sample tiles for me to choose from at home. His work was thorough,clean and tidy and I am very happy with the finished result. I would have no hesitation recommending him for others. I'm already planning for him to do another job for me!
