I would give a zero if I could. I've had a few little jobs done around the house that went alright and recommended them to friends. They dropped the ball so many times, didn't even call some people back. I never received as much as a thank you for the clients they did receive. Now, I had an agreement with their co_owner who literally walked off the job and left my project in pieces. They are not reliable. Do not hire!

Home Refinements renovated our outdated finished basement transforming it into a space more current in its function and cosmetic appeal. The updates ran the gamut from electrical and plumbing, to drywall, trim, paint, cabinets, tile and countertops. Roger's ability to create features, remain flexible when coordinating ideas and think "outside the box" are priceless. Thank you to Roger, Ryan and crew for your attention and professional work.

Roger and his team were awesome. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and within our budget. They were in our house for 6 weeks and were very thoughtful about our schedule and keeping things clean. We are extremely happy with the results of both our master bath and kitchen remodeling.

Home Refinements was difficult to work with. The master bath and closet was to be finished before I moved in and 5 weeks later the only thing done was the demo. By then new carpet had been laid which they made a mess of, they didn't put enough protection down on the floor and walls which ruined a TV, and a mattress from the construction dust, both had to be replaced. They hired people that did not have much if any experience and it showed. The shower floor had to be done over as did part of the wall from marble scratched from their saw. One item they had in their posession for 3 months was in operable when they brought it to my home, it was a total loss yet they charged me to set it on the shelf. Things weren't measure correctly and then things didn't fit as they should and it was too late to do anything to correct it. I was very disappointed in their workmanship and their professionalism. I would not give them even one star

Home Refinements was great to work with from planning stages to final touches. Everyone was professional, conscientious, experienced, and everything turned out beautifully. Roger Eaglen is a true professional in every sense and I would recommend him to anyone without a single reservation. Love my remodeled home thanks to Home Refinements.

Roger and Ryan have done 4 projects for us including handcrafted built-ins for our media room. The have always done a great job. I would highly recommend.

Roger Eaglen and home refinements are the best!They have done several projects in my home including my kitchen and most recently my bathroom.Both projects exceeded my expectations.I still look at them and can't believe the transformation.Roger worked with my budget and stayed within it.They also kept on the original time frame.Finishing when he said they would.i would highly recommend them .They are true craftsmen.Rogers recommendations for finishes and fixtures are spot on. We hired Home Refinements based on the recommendation of two of our neighbors and they did a really great job in completely remodeling our master bath room. From removing the old to updating the plumbing, electrical, and lighting, they worked closely with my wife in the design and construction of the new facilities. They were helpful in the selections of the equipment and their recommendations of add ins worked out wonderfully.
