We've been working on several projects together with Rocko construction; and we've used their services for our projects structural works, floor, kitchen and furniture fittings, bathrooms and utility rooms fit out, garden's work, external and internal finishes, and many more. The team has been very helpful, providing practical advise, accurate measurements & prompt quotations for our clients. Always fantastic support through the building process that can be very challenging and stressful! Great organisation skills when it comes to urgent orders and deliveries. Reliable and efficient, with a very good workmanship and great experience level in solving problems! We would highly recommend the team and we will continue working with Rocko construction.

Rocko Construction - hemel Hempstead. contact and address same Novi Construction; r Issue of concern: Surveyor Quote 'bad workmanship, Serious defective work carried out contractor's building team on house extension, where floor build incorrectly, inadequately prepared to receive tiling and support weight of kitchen marble top. Floor rebuilt and strengthened using correct materials with a firm substructure installed. took 2 weeks, kitchen units and marble worktop had to be removed strengthen floor underneath er as marble worktop had 'dropped' and came away from the wall. Full report available from architect. Happy to provide details. Costs of the works still outstanding despite legal action.
