High pressure used car sales mentality. I was told the installers were actually "anal" and perfectionist. What a joke that was. installers should have stopped and asked if we wanted to address sub flooring issue before continuing "anal?" I think NOT. They are not willing to take care of the issue now but instead stated a ridiculous cost to repair because floor is already installed. This is why people including myself will use big box store because they actually have better customer service and much better pricing.

We purchased a home in the area and needed to replace carpet in the entire home. Ron was very informative and helpful during the entire process. He guided us through the selection and we were thrilled once the install was complete. They were on time and the job was done above our expectations. Very happy with our experience.

These guys are wonderful, their showroom has tons of selection and the sales people are very knowledgeable. I had carpet installed in two locations and they both look great.
