Twenty-Twenty is excellent; I've recommended them many times and the people who then used them were also very happy with the work. Rob and the team were fantastic - very professional with a high standard of work. The project started and ended on time with no unexpected costs. They hung barriers to prevent dust in the rest of the house and each day the inside of the house was cleaner than I left it. I have subsequently used them for additional work and recommended them to multiple other people, who were also very happy with their work. For my main project, Twenty-Twenty constructed a unique double length garage with a covered link to house and in the house they added a dormer/vaulted stairwell, added blown-in insulation to upper level of house and painted second floor. The before and after photos illustrate how wonderful the house looked after Twenty-Twenty was done.

Rob Sorokan of Twenty-Twenty Inc. is the most professional contractor I have worked with. He has renovated my kitchen twice - eighteen years apart and the experience was great the first time - and even better the second. Rob is always prepared, organized, realistic in his timelines, and guarantees his work and that of his sub-trades. In both cases, the project came in within 1% over the budget which I feel is amazing. Rob and his crew are pleasant to have in the house - respectful and helpful when options are being discussed. I would highly recommend Rob and his team to anyone who asked.

It is clear Rob Sorokan and his TwentyTwenty team of building professionals have been part of a very transformative period in the neighbourhoods throughout the city of Ottawa. We purchased a century old house in the Westboro area (west central Ottawa) back in 2012 knowing that we would need to update and renovate. It was the perfect street for our family and young daughter and as our ideas evolved we learned that the property had great potential from an exterior, interior and landscaping perspective. In large part, this evolving vision came from our collaborations with TwentyTwenty. We decided to add 16 feet off the back of our house and went wide allowing us to add a carport off the side. We added a new living room off the back centred around a modern fireplace hearth, This included a first floor 3 piece washroom and an extensive kitchen renovation that included a computer desk, integrated sound system and new 6 ft. high kitchen storage cupboards. We also incorporated a new large basement room beneath the new living room with a hot water heated concrete floor and a small storage room. Thanks to TwentyTwenty we were able to integrate the century old charm found in the trim and heating vents in parts of the first floor with the new modern feel in the back end addition. As the build moved forward, Rob and his team collaborated with us as we discovered new realities and limitations regarding the original structure, but the timelines remained unchanged. Friends of ours who had undertaken similar projects most often found themselves forced to extend their renovations by many weeks and months. The most important part of the whole experience was the trust factor. We always felt like partners in the process. When we didn’t like something, a series of alternatives were ready for us to consider. Now the original structure stands out on our street in a bold grey Hardie Board with yellow doors melding the old with the new. It all sits on an updated water-proofed foundation. We continue to learn the benefits of the functional interior. Empty spaces in the walls were turned into storage and our original kitchen cupboards were reused and customized for the new appliances, saving us thousands of dollars we were then able to roll into landscaping. It was a very positive experience and we can say this despite the fact we remained living in the house throughout the renovation.

Rob and 20/20 Inc successfully completed a renovation project that we are very proud of. Throughout the project we were impressed by the professionalism, skill and work ethic of Rob and his crew. As a retiree I had the opportunity to watch the entire process and the craftsman-ship was superb. As well the work was completed on time and on budget. We highly recommend Rob and 20/20 Inc, they will be our first choice for all future projects.

We hired 20/20 to do a major kitchen renovation which morphed into much more as these things do. We were very happy with the professionalism exhibited by Rob Sorokan and all of the trades he employed. They were pleasant to work with and took pride in their work. We hired 20/20 for an addition to the back of our house, a front porch, and re-cladding of the entire exterior. It was a major renovation that could have been overwhelming for us. However, Rob's professionalism, accessibility, and responsiveness kept us informed and confident throughout the process. He took time to make sure that he and his crew understood what we wanted and 20/20's experience and attention to detail delivered the high quality, great looking results we had hoped for.

It has been 15 years since we launched the design & build of our home with 20/20 at the helm. The leadership of Rob Sorokan together with the architect, successfully delivered a custom project, on-time and within budget. We were particularly impressed with the superior skills, management and professional attitude demonstrated each day by Rob and his team. Fifteen years later we are still here and remain delighted with the outcome.

Before the project started we reviewed 8 contracting companies. 20/20 presented a detailed work outline and cost breakdown, and a willingness to work with our architect. Since then the work has proceeded as scheduled with accommodations for extra work. We are pleased with the workmanship, and particularly pleased with Twenty-Twenty's regular crew, and the subtrade workers who have been involved with our addition/renovation. Importantly they clean up at the end of the day.
