Robb and his crew designed and transformed an unfinished basement into our favorite space. Renee Funderburk, of Surroundings designed a place that accommodated pool and ping pong tables and separate spots for television viewing, fireplace lounging and a bar as well as a bedroom and bath. She, as was Robb, very patient and responded quickly and professionally to questions and the inevitable issues that arise with a building project. The craftsmen who built, painted, installed tile, carpet and fixtures ...everyone was exceptionally skilled, respectful, professional. They came when they said they would and did excellent work. I never felt it necessary to be present when they worked because I knew they would get it right. Because of the work Robb, Renee and crew did in our basement, we subsequently employed them to change out countertops in our kitchen as well as other smaller projects. We would not hesitate to call on them again...whether it was for a minor renovation or a new house.
