We met designer Linnea so she can review our current kitchen layout, listen to our preliminary thoughts of the new kitchen and give her an opportunity to ask questions to ensure she understands what we like & don’t like. After the initial meeting, Linnea sent an email with a 10-minute video walkthrough of her 3D kitchen design proposal. She explained every item in her proposal & how it addresses our needs & wants. After Linnea’s outstanding proposal, making the decision to hire Detail Design & Remodeling was a no-brainer. Linnea made the decision process for every detail very easy for us. She guided us through the process to decide on countertops, backsplash, lighting, hardware, cabinet color, etc., by providing good choices so that the final result will be an amazing kitchen. All cabinets are high-quality & custom made in-house. You can see and feel the quality. To have the actual kitchen build, the project was turned over to Tony. From the first meeting we had with Tony, we knew we were in good hands. He knows his craft and managed the project well. We experienced the same excellent customer service like we experienced with Linnea during the design phase. An added bonus: we did not have a dumpster in our driveway! The tear out and delivery of our new cabinets was well coordinated so that a dumpster was not needed. Detail Design & Remodeling deserves the praise!

Totally renovated my 28-year-old builder grade kitchen in 2022. After much research I selected Robert Warren of Detail Design & Remodeling to do the renovation after meeting him at a home show. Because of the pandemic it took almost a year for the job to begin as appliances and other replacements were hard to get and other customers were ahead of me. Dreaded the two months that I would be without a kitchen. When the job did begin it was a great experience and worth the wait. Robert Warren did the design work and provided extensive drawings and video of my future kitchen. He was the consummate professional and extremely likeable and talented beyond my expectations. I was thrilled as I got my dream kitchen using photos I had collected for years. When the work began the Perez family (father & son) did all the work except the countertop and tile work. My entire kitchen except appliances were disassembled and neatly removed from the property the first day. Even the tile on the walls was removed attached to the sheet rock and new sheet rock installed without a mess. I never had a dumpster. The Perez’s were awesome master craftsmen and the custom cabinets, trim, and crown molding were beautiful and the workmanship outstanding. The cabinets were solid ash with tongue in groove soft close drawers and doors. The Perez family were exceptionally respectful and incredibly neat, cleaning up each day before they left. I got so attached to them that I really missed them when they were finished but plan to use Detail Design & Remodeling for a future job so they can return. Detail Design & Remodeling only used contractors for installation of the countertop and the tile. Both of whom are the absolute best at what they do. The countertop was Cambria Brittanicca Gold Quartz from the contractor who made the template, cut the slab, created the ogee edge, polished and installed. My designer and I were able to position the template on the quartz slab to get the design we wanted with the veining. The countertop is breathtaking and the one seam is invisible. The tile man was also a perfectionist and the backsplash and floor are stunning. As a part of the mastery he tiled under the appliances and made the transition from tile to the wood floor in the rest of the house seamless even though it was irregular and flawed. My kitchen is so beautiful that I sit and stare months after completion. We recently hired Detail Design & Remodeling to reface our kitchen cabinets. We could not be happier with the outcome! From the first day we had them in our home until the final clean-up, every aspect of the experience was top-notch! We were not quite sure about cabinet refacing, but the final product was far beyond our expectations. Everyone who sees our cabinets think we have new cabinets and are amazed that it's new face on our old cabinets and new doors. Detail did a beautiful job on my kitchen reface! The workers who came to my home were prompt, professional, and friendly. Everyone communicated well with me, from owner Robert Warren, to his son Alex who kept me informed with emails, and Jay, Chance, Tommy and Tony who did the work. They protected my floors, counter and appliances, and helped me make design decisions. The price was fair for all the work I had done. I have a large kitchen and the work took two weeks. I would give Robert and his team 10 stars if I could!! I am a perfectionist, and therefore most contractors would not have lived up to my standards. Robert, Alex, Tommy, Marshall and everyone else at Detail Design exceeded my expectations. Every single employee is intelligent, they all listen and communicate well. Hiring Detail Cabinet Refacing to re-do my 27 year old starter house kitchen was the best decision I ever made! Not only did they do a miracle transformation at a reasonable price, they were wonderful to work with. I'm especially grateful for all their advice and encouragement. After measurements were taken and the contract was signed, they shook my hand and said "You're gonna love your kitchen!" They were right, I truly love my kitchen! My wife and I were looking for options to modernize our kitchen but given the excellent physical condition of our oak cabinets did not want to replace them. Detail Design and Remodeling presented a perfect option - paint them. The results were outstanding and we could not be happier. The Detail Design team refinished and painted the cabinets, applying a dark glaze to the cabinet doors and moldings to create a very dramatic and stylish French Provincial effect. The addition of new hinges and soft touch glides on the drawers has left us with a "new" kitchen. the bulk of work was done offsite - with cabinet doors uninstalled, painted at their shop and reinstalled when done. The onsite work which involved painting the cabinets and molding was expertly done with the team taking care to appropriately cover and mask everything that was not being painted. In summary, excellent work and very good customer service from a professional team.

Detail Cabinet Refacing exceeded my expectations during a recent condo remodel. They handled everything from helping design the project - to assisting with the material selection - to the professional installation. Robert Warren heads the organization. He and his crew were timely, professional, CLEAN and worked with respect inside my home. They not only totally modernized my kitchen with the cabinet refacing, but also installed new granite counter tops, remodeled 2 bathrooms and gave me a new tile flooring throughout the unit that looks like hardwood - LOVE IT! The project entrusted to Detail Design and Remodleiing was the remodeling and updating of a 25 year old kitchen. Existing cabinets were removed and replaced with newly construction units, remaining cabinets were refinished. All work was acomplished on schedule and within budget as promised. The strength of this organization is their staff. The Project Manager (Mr Lowe) was on site every day and addressed not only issues associated with the cabinet work, but also other the other crafts associated with the project It was a pleasure to work with a professional, compedent and knowledgeable contractor.
